My family and I were very saddened to hear of Ruben's death. He was a dear friend and a faithful Christian. I first got to know him and Zelma on a trip to Israel in 1994. We got to "walk where Jesus walked." Now Ruben is in heaven walking with the Savior in person.
Ruben was a wonderful Christian man. Prayers and hugs to all of the family.
Sorry to here about Ruben, I worked with him for many years,and we had a great time woodcarving together.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Zelma. We will miss Ruben's smiling face, warm heart and his sense of humor. There will be an emptiness in our Florida neighborhood but the memories will live on forever.

Ruben had a wonderful personality, along with a great sense of humor. He was a blessing to our family, an encouragement to our children, and a testimony of God's grace and love by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with others. Our love to his beautiful wife, Zelma, and to the rest of the family.
I'm thankful to have know this wonderful man of God. He always had a kind word for me. I know he will be missed by his family. I know Calvin,Maggie and Alex have sweet memories of him. He is not gone, he just moved onto a better place where he is now with his Lord. Our sincere sympathies.
