Laurie: My prayers are with you and the family. God bless you all, Janet
Laurie, I was so sorry to hear about your father. You & your family are in my thoughts & prayers.
Dear Laurie and children,
Please accept my sincerest thoughts and prayers for all of you at this time of loss.
I remember your Dad reading from the podium at Masses on Sundays and how clear his voice was, when he would drive your family station-wagon to church and proudly talk about how much blood he gave to the Red Cross, as evidenced by the gallon and quart stickers on the windows.
Your Dad was so nice and he always had a twinkle in his eye, making you think he was talking only to you.
Much love and prayers,
Jean Truchan
To the family of David Nicholas:
I will truly miss David. I have taken Communion to him for several years at Homewood. He always greeted me with a smile and was so much fun to talk to when he was in Bldg. 1. Things did not change when he was moved to Bldg. 3. He made my day by calling me gorgeous whenever I came. I am very sorry that I did not get a chance to say goodby. A health emergengy in my family prevented me from coming. However I will always think of him fondly. He is probably playing percussion for the angels now.
