Mary & Joanne I am sorry for your loss and will keep you in my Prayers~ Such a Graet Man so full of love & devotion to his Family. I feel blessed to have spent time with him and will always cherish those memories. God Bless and Keep you Close during the coming days.

Mary and family, the greatest generation lost another member and Heaven has accepted another. The Colonel was at first an imposing figure to me. Then as I saw him at Church functions and he was so friendly with all, he lost some of the imposing stature (though not all - my Dad was WWII Army Sergeant and your Dad was after all, a Colonel - I was taught Colonels outranked Sergeants).

May the pain of your loss be relieved by the knowledge of Heaven's gain.

My condolences to the Tozer family. The picture on display is how I remember the person whom my father and mother called Eddie Tozier. He often visited my family in Dublin Ontario and brought stories from afar. He had such a warm smile. He has left many good memories behind in all parts of the country.
