Jerry Johnson

I have many memories of Jerry. The thing that I will remember most is his love of pigs. I remember when I would come home from college (while my mom lived with Jerry) and there would be a new pig figure added to his collection. I was happy to hear that he made his dream come true of being a "gentleman farmer". Jerry was also one those people who could figure anything out. He was extremely intelligent. Although I have not any contact with Jerry in many years, the other thing I know is that he was loved my many people and he will be missed. Words do not also offer the comfort that family and friends need during these times, but knowing that their loved ones will be remembered and that people care sometimes eases the pain. Steve and Melissa, A sad day for me . I just read your dad's obituary. I have wondered about him often. I knew him as a good friend for years and then later as his realtor. I loved his dry sense of humor. I am glad that he was happy after retiring to Arkansas. I just asked Terry recently if he ever heard anything about the two of you.

I was so sorry to hear about Jerry, what a great guy!! I sure have a lot of wonderful memories of the many good times we shared. Jerry had a heart of gold and he was always tons of fun to be around, there was never a dull moment!! I know he will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. Rest in peace Jerry.
