Today is May 5, 2013, I just found out that the best friend and man of God whom I have known and shared many moments of joy discussing the word.I would have come from Louisiana had I known to speak to share the life times we two brothers had over the years.
He was my mentor and a pastor to me.

My heart goes out to the family. I called him Lar ... he hated it but he knew me, I did it anyway. I knew him for over 20 years. We sang together. One of the songs was "Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong" ... I believe I hear him singing it right now! His voice will be missed especially by me, but I know God is glad to have him in His choir! God bless you as you remember his impact on your life.
