Dear Ann and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I enjoyed working with your dad in therapy during his recent stay at The Oaks at Woodfield. He was such a kind-hearted man. Whenever I came into his room he would always greet me with a smile and ask me how my day was going. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

I am so sorry to read about the death of your dad. We so enjoyed working with Jack and Margaret.
We did their taxes for years. It was so sad to see Peg fail, but so sweet to watch Jack with her.
We went out to dinner together a few times with them and really enjoyed ourselves.
They were both delightful and will be missed.
Ann, I will keep you and your family in my prayers. God always gives us strength to get through the bad times.

Mark, Steve and Family:
I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I know what a kind, humble and caring man he was. A role model to all us who had the privilege to know him. A straight-forward honest man. He was very influential to me in my early years. My appreciation will never be forgotten.
God bless Jack and all of you during this difficult time.
