I hadn't seen Len since 1968 when he came to Flint for his father's funeral, I have thought of him often and wondered where he had lived all these years. My sympathies to Ron and the other members of his family. Len, Ron and I had many good times on 4th Ave. in Flint, I was at their grandmother's home often back then. I had always hoped we might get in contact again. Again my sympathies to the family.

I'm am saddened to read about the passing of a childhood friend whom I hadn't seen since we were kids. Len's grandmother lived on Hartman St in the Beecher district north of Flint. She was a gracious person I remember well and did lawn work for her. Ron and Lenny would spend many days with Mrs. Baryo in the summers and we shared a lot of those days playing together. The Morris boys' arrival always made the summer more interesting and enjoyable. After I retired from GM after 38 years, we built a log home north of Harrisville, MI and I am writing from our winter home in Lakeland, FL and I had checked the Flint Journal for any news back home when I was shocked to see Ken's obituary. I had not seen Ken for at least 55 years. Regretably didn't get to say goodbye. With sincere sympathy to his family, Dan Brasier.
