Sharon Curry Obituary

CURRY, SHARON LEE Genessee Sharon Lee Curry, age 73, of Genesee, died May 23, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, May 29 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Interment in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held 5-9 PM Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions in lieu of flowers to the family. Sharon was born March 25, 1941 in Flint the daughter of Fred and Thelma (Merrill) Cooper. She was married to Jimmy Curry who preceded her in death in 2005. Sharon was a past member of the Revival Tabernacle. Surviving are: three sons, Jimmy (Dawn) of Flint, Gerald of Genesee, Terry (Anna) of South Carolina; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Delton (Carol) Cooper of Flint. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother Larry Cooper. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
