Jerry, not only were you my boss and best man at my wedding to Don "Duck" Bays, you were also an extremely valued friend.
Rest in peace, Jerry. You were truly one of a kind and our family just won't be the same without you here. But I know heaven just got a little more fun! God Bless you, Jerry. Love and hugs to Casi and Tim.
To the Fields family,
It is with a great sense of loss when I heard of Jerry's passing.
To the family I want to let you know that you have mine and my family's greatest sympathy, and our hearts are truly saddened. Jerry was more than just a friend, he was a wonderful person; he was always so kind and considerate to others. And we know that his passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of those who knew him.
I have many fond memories of Jerry, Johnny Esposito and myself during the Space Age Boom during the 1960's. Before I started singing with Bill Pinkney, s Original Drifters, I was the house vocalist at Johnny's Hide-A-Way along with Bobby Cash and the Niteflyers in Cocoa Beach. We would also perform at Jerry Fields Lounge in Mims. Johnny and Jerry became my personal manager throughout the years. Johnny passed away a few years back and I know that the two will meet again. And let me tell you that will be one heck of a reunion.
Again to the family, I want you to know that Jerry will always remain in my heart and memories. My family and I will include you in our daily prayers.
If there is any that we can do to help you in any way, please don't hesitate to let me know.
May God give you strength.
Joe Davis & Family

Jerry was a very sweet and wonderful person. A friend to everyone he met. He was a true Gentleman. Prayers go to the Fields family. Heaven is a better place now that Jerry is there. RIP Jerry from a fellow New Yorker. You will be missed.
He was a great person, and an outstanding manager. He was one of the few people who made a good profit at Royal Oak Restaurant and Lounge. It was all due to his management.
It certainly was a pleasure being apart of his life he sure knows how to bring joy and happiness to everyone around him. What a wonderful man YOU WILL BE MISSED.
Jerry, It's been years since I've seen you but I remember those times well. RIP my friend.
The Robert Young family sends their condolences to the Fields family. We spent many a good time in his establishments. He will be missed
Prayers and sympathy to the Fields family and friends! I met Jerry back in the seventies and was a childhood friend of Casi's. I lost touch with the family, but will always have fond memories!
Thank you Jerry for your love, laughter and warmth. From the first time Joe introduced you to me, I felt as if I had known you for years just by your smile. I know Joe was waiting for you and I know he is protecting his marbles...ha, ha! I love you and will miss you. Give Joe my love and try to stay out of trouble...like that is possible for the two of you!
