An end to an era here on earth and a new beginning in the hereafter. Bob, my thoughts and prayers are with you over the loss of Larry and Jodi. May they fish through eternity!
With deepest sympathy,
Thank you to everyone for the very thoughtful and beautiful words about Jodi (my sister “Sissy”). Jodi is smiling down from above at everyone that has been a part of her wonderful life on earth. She is truly the best sister in the world and I deeply miss her.
I was best friends with Kevin Hodkinson and in turn Larry was kevins childhood friend, and I met Larry and Jodie thru Kevin-it is so sad , but the glory of it all they are together in Gods house now for eternity.
Jodi was one of those people who you meet in college that makes the experience that much more memorable. Jodi's friendship was unconditional; her smile could light up a room, and her “infectious” laugh unforgettable. I do believe Jodi caused a few Seminole Uprisings! My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
Jodi may your light shine in heaven with Larry. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. She was a beloved friend and roommate here at FSU where she brightened every day with her laughter.
You were a great friend and I wish we had stayed in touch over the years. Sometimes, We don't know what we've got till it's gone. God speed.
Your smile will always be remembered along with your laugh Jo.
Larry had just met Jodi when I left Brevard Lumber, but being my next door neighbor and the softball team we still got together often. Im glad I had a chance to drop in last year and talk with her about larry and the old days.
My heart is deeply saddened with Jodi's departure! We were best of friends through school. I often think of our many adventures…our boat we built one summer that made it to the middle of the pond before sinking…years of basketball together. One year, Jodi did a most spectacular recovery of a loose basketball. She did a tuck 'n roll dive and came up standing with the ball in her hands…and never traveled. Jodi didn't even realize she'd been hurt. I went in the surgery room with her while they put stitches above her eye…Jodi laughed the entire time!
So many adventures, so much fun, so much laughter! Memories I will cherish forever! I know Jodi is very happy to join Larry. God bless the Goethe and Sorensen families!
Love and Light to the family, a friend of Camille
Our prayers go out to the entire family and we are so sorry for your loss. God Bless
My prayers to her family! She was my best friend in Jr. High (middle school) and we drifted apart. So sad to hear of her passing!!
We will miss you so much my "Little Puddin Puss"
Love Ben & Nette Lane & Darlene
My prayers go out to the entire family and friends during this time of sadness. God Bless You.
I remember when times were tough for Terry and I after he fell from a roof. He owed Jodi and Larry $2,500 for materials and they would not take a dime from me until Terry was fully recovered almost a year later. Titusville-Mims will miss people like you. Now your stars shine together again.
Jodi you will be sadly missed. So glad you are with Larry once again. You have touched all our hearts. God Bless your family.
You've touched many hearts and your infectious laugh will always be heard. You will be forever missed, and never forgotten. Rest in peace Miss Jodi.
I am so Thankful that at Thanksgiving I had the chance to tell Jodi how Special She and Larry have always been to myself and family. Her Generosity, kindness and Love will be Remembered Forever and missed by all. Maybe in Heaven "Reel Togetherness" will share that secret fishing hole with us all. Love and Prayers
There She goes! Gone from our sight to the Loving Arms of Jesus with her Beloved Larry by her side. Oh what a Beautiful sight.
I worked for Jo for over ten years. When the economy got bad, they had to make some tough business decisions. So I was one of the employees to get laid off. I still kept in touch and called Jo throughout the years. I was even able to visit her a few times. Jo was one of the most giving people I know. Larry and her took care of their employees, like family. The only thing I see in this is that Jo gets to be with Larry ( her love and her life). And I have to mention, I will always remember that laugh!! Love ya Jo.........
What a great couple you and Larry were & now you are both in Heaven together again! Say hello to my parents for me, Bill & Tiny they both loved you both!!
Thanks Jodi for the love you showed my family. It was great to know you and Larry and all the love you'll gave out. I will always remember your happy laugh and miss you when I come to FL.
