Gary E. Miller, 75, passed away August 13, 2013, in Denver. He was born May 24, 1938 to Earl William Miller and Marion A. (Grems) Miller in Denver, Colorado.
In 1955, the family moved to Fort Morgan where he attended school through the 11th grade. His senior year the family moved to Greeley where he graduated from Greeley Central in 1956. In July of 1957, he joined the Navy and was discharged in August of 1959 due to a family hardship. After his discharge, he worked as an electrician in Greeley and the surrounding areas.
On September 21, 1963, Gary and Nancy Jean Loose were united in marriage at the Wiggins Community Church. In May 1966, they moved to Wiggins and started Wiggins Electric, Inc. In 1992, Gary and his son, Keith, added the irrigation and Valley sales business.
When Gary wasn't enjoying his time at work, he could be found hunting, fishing, reading or spending time with family. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren.
Gary is survived by his wife, Nancy; his sons, Kevin of San Luis Obispo, CA, and Keith and wife, Michelle, of Fort Morgan. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Justain, Jordann, Makinna, Luka, Ive, Jaelynn, Danielle and Cole; one sister, Gail Golden of Kansas City, MO; and his nephews, Mark Golden, and Scott Golden and his wife, Tracy, and daughter, Amaya.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Marion, and his father-in-law, Robert Loose.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sanctuary West Campus in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
Memorial donations can be made to "Choices," the Gary Miller project, in c/o of Heer Mortuary. This community program helps educate people of all ages about hunting, fishing and preserving the great outdoors.

Nancy, Kevin and Keith, I was very saddened to hear of Garys passing. I always enjoying conversing with Gary and will always be sadly missed. Our prayers are with you in days ahead.
