Fred, It was a pleasure to know you and your family. You are going to be missed so much and I send my love to all of your family. Peace be with Fred. David Mitchell of Costa Mesa.
I am very sad to hear of Freds passing. I just found out today almost 9 months later. Fred and Kim and I were always together and the best of friends. We laughed so much and we loved each other deeply. We were kids on an adventure and Fred always was in for an adventure. Fred was an amazing kind, loving , generous man who loved, who shared and who put his heart into everything. Fred will always be remembered for so many wonderful memories.
Fred made it cool to drive a gremlin

Fred, You will be so missed by all of us!! What a wonderful, beautiful, loving person you were. As children my daughters have the fondest memories of you, you were their favorite uncle. Your children are so lucky to have had such a wonderful father. I'm so lucky to have had you as my brother-in-law!! Love You
We love you so much and will miss you,
I loved Fred all my Life, him and my sister Kim were just kids when he came into our lives, his love for her the children and the rest of our family and friends was a love that we all shared together, the beautiful thing about it is no matter what came to his life day to day our bond could never be broken. We are so saddened by his loss and will miss him so much, I know God was ready to have his Angel with him. Thankyou lord for sharing him with us. We always knew he was special, our family deeply loved Fred and we will carry on his love through his children for him until we meet again.

My sincerest sympathy to the family. Fred was truly one if the nicest people I ever met. He was selfless and giving and always had a kind word for everyone. What a man he was.
God bless you and your family Freddie - Prayers for comfort and peace for you all.
I didn't know Fred very long at all but from what i did know he was a wonderful husband to Allyson and great with her children. He also helped with my grandaughters little bed he put it all up for her and he knew nothing about us at all only from his wife Allyson. He was a wonderful man always there to help anyone.
In the 70s.Fred moved to Ft Wayne from Logansport with his family.Myself and my family moved to the same neighborhood at around the same time.We met on the school bus and became very good friends..Even though our lives have gone in different directions...I have always held Fred as a life long friend...Even though I know Fred meant a lot to alot of people..He will always mean alot of good times and fun in our young lives..Love you Freddy....Your friend Greg
SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. GOD PROMISES US THAT WE WILL SEE OUR LOVED ONES AGAIN, MAY YOU FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT HE IS WITH YOU NOW.
My prays are with Allyson and the children. May God be with you in your time of need, Sue Scott
Fred became close friends with my mom from their work together at the Potawatomi Inn. He then became a treasured friend of our whole family through years of knowing him. Fred was one of the most selfless and kind people I have ever known. He had the biggest heart and an unforgettable laugh that filled the room. It sounds cliche, but Fred was truly the type of person who would give you the shirt off his back. He lived for his children and worked hard to make sure he was the best father he could be, and he succeeded in that. The world has lost a true treasure. People like Fred don't come around everyday. God gained an incredible angel. Prayers and lots of love to his family during this time.
Draw close to God, especially during this time, turning to Him in prayer. (1 Peter 5:6,7)
I know that Fred, with his always kind, generous, and selfless heart was eagerly welcomed in to Heaven at the moment of his passing. But while I rejoice for Fred's new, perfect, and eternal life, I feel the pain of his absence here on earth because it came far too soon for any of us who loved Fred, which we are many. I feel the pain for Fred's children, and will be lifting them up in prayer often because I know that no one could ever match up to being the amazing father and friend that Fred was to them. I feel beyond blessed to have known Fred Biancardi and to be able to call him a close friend to our family. You will always be loved and cherished for your good deeds here on earth, Fred.
Fred was warm and loving and had a great spirit of fun--he also liked him some games of chance, Red Bull, and crafting. I will miss my cousin.
I'll always remember your sense of humor and your caring giving ways. I feel honored to have you as a cousin. I know how much you loved your children and how hard you worked to provide for them. You will be forever in our hearts.
With every breath, my heart aches for the loss of one of my dearest friends God ever blessed me with-
I love you Uncle Fred. You will always be my favorite uncle. I will always love you and you will never be forgotten.
God's blessings for the family. You are in my prayers.
