LLOYD E. HAMBROCK, 85, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at Lutheran Life Villages. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the son of the late Robert and Ethel Ham brock. He was a Central High School graduate, Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Army, a Brick Mason with Local #4 working in construction, and retired as a custodian from S.W. School Corp. He was also a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Hambrock; daughter, Sandra (Ralph) Tuttle of Fort Wayne; son, Rex Hambrock of Sioux Falls, S.D.; and sister, Virginia Peck. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Ott; and brothers, Robert Hambrock and Ardell Hambrock. Service is 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, 2014, at Calvary United Methodist Church, 6301 Winchester Road, with visitation one hour prior service. Visitation also from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9, 2014, at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road. Preferred memorials to Calvary United Methodist Church.
