Thank you for the memories Jim. Name That Tune was my first favorite game show back in the '80s. I was around 8 or 9 years old. I still have some episodes on VHS from back then! It wasn't just the game play I liked, it was you. You won't be forgotten.

I've seen Jim Lange host many game shows. When I was vacationing in New Orleans, I saw a week's run of Spin-Off.Good thing I did because Houston didn't have the series.

Jim's Name That Tune moment was during Bid-A-Note when two feisty contestants (Diane & Al) were going at each other.

To Jim Lange,
You did a great job hosting the dating game, and name that tune. My prayers go to your family and friends. Lisa Weiner

I enjoyed listening to Jim Lange when he was on KABL, KSFO, KMPC, KFRC,and KKSJ. He was gentlemanly and courteous to his listeners. I'm sorry to read that he recently passed away. I send my condolences to his family.

I will miss Jim very much. I always enjoyed playing a round of golf with Jim and his sons, Nick and Gavin and the great conversations over a drink after. He was a hell of a good man.
