Frances was a true Southern woman. Full of grace but strong as iron. She was wonderful to our family and we have many great memories of our times with her. We are proud to have known her, her laugh was infectious! The Family of Doug Oldham

To the family of Frances W. Preston:
My deep condolences to you all during this sad time. Frances was a delight to be around. Even in her later years, she enjoyed life and maintained her youthful outlook. She was truly concerned for others for there was not a selfish bone in her body. May God keep her in His care. Frances' memory will live on, especially in the hearts of all she touched.

Frances Preson was a very special lady. She came to Carthage, Texas back in 1996 to present an award to Mary Reeves. She had such kind words to say about Mary and Jim and for that I will be eternally grateful. My thoughts and prayer are with the family as I know she will leave a large void in their lives.
