To the family of Fred Anderson: Many well-wishers have already said what I feel in expressing my condolences to you but because I can feel a person's pain in losing someone (because of my many losses) I wanted to add to those who gave you comfort from God's Word, the Bible.

My sympathy goes out to the Anderson family. My thoughts and prayers also be with your friends during this time of bereavement. I did not know you personally but I know you must have been dear to many. I know words bring little comfort but I hope these will help to soothe the pain. (2 cor. 1:3,4)

To the Family and Friends of Fred Anderson,

I am sorry for the loss of such a talented and family treasure like Mr.Anderson.
At this difficult time I hope the family will draw on the many memories he must have made over the years. I know he will be missed.

Revelation 21:4-:"God promises that he will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more".

You can feel that Death can leave a heartache that nothing can heal, just know that Love can leave a memory that no one can steal.

I played with Fred with his North Side Band while I was in High School in the early 70s and it was one of the most memorable experiences in my life. Fred taught us to respect and embrace musical traditions while encouraging us to experiment and forge our own style. You could hear those traditions in everything that he played. Music has lost a great man, but his spirit lives on in the countless numbers of musicians that he encouraged and nurtured.

Dear Anderson Family, please know that you are in our hearts and prayers. The Bible says that a person’s days are 70 years but if because of special mightiness 80 years, Psalm 90:10. Mr. Fred Anderson was mighty to have lived so long. It is still so painful when someone we love dies. May our Heavenly Father strengthen and comfort you during this time of great loss. Please pour out all your feelings as you throw all your burdens on Almighty God in prayer because He cares for you. First Peter 5:7. With Deepest Sympathy, The Boone Family, Alexandria, VA
