Jean Silvers Obituary
Born January 31, 1938 in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Earl Leo and Mary R. Engle Smith.
Mrs. Silvers loved playing volleyball and participated in several National Senior Olympics. She also enjoyed listening to music.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Linda D. Silvers of Hagerstown, Betty J. Spector and husband Derek of Middletown, Thomas E. Silvers and wife Stacy of Rohrersville, Robert L. Silvers of Sharpsburg and Gary R. Silvers and wife Angela of Hagerstown, grandchildren Ben, Nate, Allie, Gregory, Calvin, Mitchell and Clark, siblings Shirley Favorite of Hampstead, Barbara Main of Frederick and Nancy McCartney of Myersville and many nieces and nephews. She will also be remembered by her dog "Roxie". She was preceded in death by brothers Earl L. Smith, Jr, Charles Smith and sisters Mary Deater, Pauline Boone and Margaret Elliott.
Service and interment will be private.
