Due largely in part to his appearance, what I will remember most about Philip Seymour Hoffman was his ability to make acting look easy. He BECAME the character with such ease. Whether it was his spot-on performance of Truman Capote or his Art Howe in Moneyball, PSH became the character in such a way that you were blown away by how the role seemed to fit HIM---not he the role.

So tragic that he had no idea how truly beautiful he was, inside and out, nor of the positive impact he had on so very many people... I will miss him always... My deepest sympathies to Mimi and his three young children...

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Hoffman. He was an extremely talented man and the film world is much worse off for the loss of him. Rest in peace.
