Ward Service Obituary

Ward Hugh Service, generally known as Hugh Service, was born in Modesto, California, on July 12, 1940, to Ward and Martha Service. He passed away in Fresno, California, on July 11, 2014. Hugh grew up in Ceres, California, with his parents and his sisters, Annette and Suzanne. Hugh graduated from Ceres High School and then attended San Jose State University. He is survived by his son, James Service of Glendale; and daughters, Christine Bienvenue of Sanger and Martha Service. A Graveside Service will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park, in Hughson, California, on Friday, August 1, 2014, at 11:00 AM. I worked with Hugh at Diamond 40+ years ago where he helped to mentor me in selling. I have had a successful career selling. I am glad to have known Hugh.

As time has gone by, we reflect on friendships of the past that meant a
lot to us. In high school and the few years afterward as we tried to keep in touch. Even though we lost touch, his friendship has always meant a lot to us. Your family is in our prayers and thoughts at this time. Hugh will always be in the rainbows of your life.
