So sorry to hear. He was my dentist at one point who took my fear of dentistry away. Didn't feel a thing ! I was looking up dentists for more work, when I saw the article. A good dentist gone. RIP.
One who blooms in our heart can never be forgotten...
May you find comfort and strength in the memories you shared with your dear one. Extending my deep and heartfelt sympathy you are in my prayers. The Brennan Family
Dearest Weber family, I am heartbroken to hear of Tom's death. My son has been one of his patients for many years and Tom always made him feel comfortable doing something no child enjoys. He will be sorely missed by so many. My thoughts go out to all lucky enough to have known him; I am so sorry for your loss.
I was in California when I heard the very sad news of Tom's death. I did not have the privilege of meeting him, but our son, Kirk, went to Westwood and played soccer with him. I have had the wonderful blessing of having had Ann as my physician. Such compassion and caring! We send you our prayers and support during the challenging days and weeks ahead. Joan and Maarten Drost and Family
What to say? I was of the country when my "cousin" Tommy passed away. At my first visit to his office in 2001, I knew he was a kindred spirit of the highest order. We shared fond memories of my Uncle Buddy's Landing on Lake Santa Fe, freckles and a jest for life. Tommy was so proud of his family, and I looked forward to updates as it grew in numbers. He was so involved in making life better for others. My heart hurts for all of you and pray wonderful memories will lift up your spirit.
Tommy had such a welcoming, non-judgmental and kind attitude toward others. He did a great deal for his community. He was a deeply ethical and compassionate person. My heart goes out to his family and his many friends for this terrible loss.
Dr Weber, I saw Tommy twice in the office for check-ups since I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Hatcher. His positive demeanor & big smile left an impression on me. So sorry for your loss. Comfort & prayers to you & your family.
Dear Weber family, please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband and father. We pray for comfort and peace for you. Mark and Yana Werner

I had known him only a year but his loving and warm personality will remain with me ..my deepest sympathy to you and your family. May God give you peace at this terrible time.

I am so sorry. Tommy was an absolutely outstanding person. Like his brother and sister, he was a shining reflection of the strong values of his parents. My heartfelt sympathy to each family member and friend.
Ann and family,
We are thinking about you and your family and our prayers are with you. I have known you a long time and have always seen you and Tommy so happy together. He will be missed by many.
I haven't seen or spoken to Tommy in years, probably since high school. But hearing of his death was an unbelievable shock. I knew Tommy in the 70s and 80s, from Church and soccer mostly. He was just a stand-up, classy guy with a ready smile and laugh. My deepest sympathies go out to his wife and children, extended family, and those whose lives he touched.
I was out of town and did not know until I returned. Katie and I are very sorry to learn of your loss. Know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
I was deeply sorry to hear of Tommy's accident. Tommy was such a special person - a good husband, father, son, brother, and member of the community. Ann, you are all in our family's prayers.

We are so deeply sorry for your loss. The last time we saw Tom was at Arthur's house, and he affectionately held and played and with my son Brandon, who took to him immediately. Although we only knew Tom for a few short years, we will forever remember his warm demeanor and kindness. You and your family are in our thoughts, and you have our most heart-felt condolences.
I am heartbroken to learn of the tragic death of Dr. Weber. I did not know Dr. Weber, however, I did know his father, Dr. Tom Weber, when I worked with him in the Pediatric Clinic, UF Shands Gainesville, in the early 1980s. I always admired and respected this wonderful man and obviously his precious son was just like him. My heart aches for the entire Weber family and I will be praying for God's peace and comfort for each of you. God bless you all.
I had the priveledge of knowing Tom in high school through the hall ways and on the soccer field Tom was very geniune in his greetings and very loyal to his friends. I am very happy and proud to be able to call him a friend. It seems like what I had learned in high school about Tom being a great guy came to fruition in a large way. To the Weber Family and friends my prayers are with you during this time of grief.
Dear Weber Family, I am so sorry for your tragic loss. Dr. Weber has donated so many free dental services to the girls at PACE. He could always be relied on when we had an emergency and for years he did a free cleaning every month for our girls. From what I have read, he "walked the walk" in every area of his life and was a role model for us all. He will be greatly missed. I will keep you in my prayers. Kathie Southwick, Executive Director, PACE Alachua
Dear Dr. Weber and family, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Dear Dr Webber, im deeply sorry for your loss. We pray for all of your loved ones.
Dr. Weber's family,
I was shocked by the news. I met Dr. Weber when he first started his practice in Gainesville. His kindness and genuineness always stood out.
He introduced me to the cycling club in Gainesville which allowed me to get to know him a lot better. He touched so many of us in the club as an exceptional man. He will be missed by many and touched more peoples' lives than you can imagine. Truly a remarkable man, father, husband and friend. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you during these difficult times.
Only got to meet Dr Weber in the office one time. It was obvious that he was a wonderful person, by the way he treated his staff and my son (his patient). My heart goes out to you all. Please know, even though we have never met I can feel your loss. Our thougts and prayers will be with you all. God Bless you.

To all of Tom's family,
I met Tom in my Rotary Club of Downtown Gainesville that he used to be a member of and recently saw him working out at the Gainesville Health & Fitness Center. I told him how much I missed missed him in Rotary and begged him to come back. He was the nicest, kindest guy ever. Such a tremendous loss to your family and our community. I am sharing in your heartache and wishing you comfort, hope and peace.
Dear Weber Family, I cannot believe this sad news about Dr. Weber. I will always remember him, his smile and willingness to chat. I knew him through business and recently spoke with him at the Children's Home Society event, a couple of weeks ago. I met him through Advertising when he first opened his practice. I cannot describe my heartfelt love and thoughts for all of you and what you are going through. I know that he was a huge part of your lives and he will be forever in your hearts. Pam
Your family is in our family's prayers.
Pray Tommy left time and space in a state of grace and in God's friendship... Say a prayer for his soul tonight and for the family he leaves behind...
I met Dr Weber during an appointment I had with Dr Hatcher who I had been seeing since 1967 when I moved to Gainesville. They shared the same office. When Dr Hatcher retired and Dr Weber took over his patients I looked forward to being treated by Dr Weber. After reading his guest book and comments from his family friends I am disappointed that will never take place. Its not how long your life but the value you leave behind. I think I would have enjoyed getting to know him. My condolences to his family and friends
So sorry for your loss. You and your children are in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear Ann...It is so hard to understand. you may never have your answer. Just know that in God's way, we all arrive on this earth when it is perfect and leave when it is perfect. Still so hard to understand. Just know I am around if you or your children need anything. The memories will keep him alive!
Many hugs and prayers.

He was so thoughtful, caring and very patient when treating her. He always took the time to speak to me about how things were going since we live in Maryland. So what I knew of him was that he was a great person and dentist. OUr thoughts and prayers are with your family. Lynn and Colby Rhea

P.S. I am the girl who went to dinner with you at the bistro in Gainesville. I was going to help set up his new office when he graduated from Dental school.
I am saddened to hear that Dr. Tommy has passed away. He had been our dentist for tehse last 8 years. He first saw us one Friday evening when Gabe suffered a tooth injury at daycare at the age of 3. Dr. Ann Grooms, whom my father-in-law, Mickey Bath, worked with at the UF student infirmary, asked him to do a favor and take us in that evening. I am thankful he did and will forever be grateful for his generosity and professionalism. He was always friendly and my three children enjoyed actually going to see him (except Kendall sometimes). I am sorry for your family's loss and pray for a hedge of protection around your family.
Dear Dr. Ann Weber,

ann and the weber family iam so sorry for your loss.tommy was a great friend to me and my family. he will be missed.
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
Ruth Ann Mahaffey (author)
