Barbara was a truly beautiful and good-hearted person who we were privileged to know as a wonderful neighbor and friend. Barbara was always thoughtful of other people's needs and would immediately be concerned about how she could help. Such selflessness and genuine kindness are special qualities that will be greatly missed by many people.
John, we are sorry that we cannot be there to celebrate her life with you on Wednesday but please know that your family is in our thoughts and we shall enjoy recounting our own happy memories of her smiling face and generous spirit.
