It's a testament to Tommy's personality and character that so many people have so many kind things to say about him. I know I always looked for and waved at him and I will miss seeing him striding down the avenue giving well wishes to all he met. I'll miss you Tommy, proud to have met you and talked to you on occasion. "Have a good day, god bless you!!" will ring in my ears in Tommy's voice as long ad I live.

I used to live at Lake Crossing, and would see Tommy almost everyday. He would go to David's BBQ to chat, help out and always had a smile on his face. He added a little spark to the neighborhood. We'll miss you, Tommy!

I live in Hunter Crossing near to the Publix that you went every day for 5 years so seen you was an every day experience :) I moved back to Gainesville a year ago and because I live close to 39th ave I started seen you again. I felt very sad to hear that I will not see you again always smiling and giving a "God Bless you" hear and there. Gainesville lost a "one of a king" unfortunately.

I remember you from your days at Bucholz where my husband was a dean. He used to talk with you often. We'd always wave and speak to you on NW 39th Ave and sometimes on NW 43rd ST. You were always smiling. I will miss seeing you.
