I miss you more every second that passes. No matter how many times I said it, or ways I tried to express it - there is no way you could have have known how deep my love is for you. Thank you for being a perfect combination of parent and best friend. You were an amazing, loving, funny, selfless, and strong woman. Your battle was cut too short but your fight was courageous and you never gave up for a second. What amazes me most is how you did it all with such a bright spirit. You are my Tiny Warrior-My hero. I love you eternally. Life will never be the same.
We are very sorry for your loss. May God keep you all in the palm of his hand.

I have so many memories of Momma Nancy. She treated me as her daughter for the many years Julie and I were roommates. I will never forget our talks, phone conversations, and memories of shopping with her at Harris Teeter or Bi-lo. She helped find my bedroom furniture, she looked after me and took care of me if I ever needed. I surely will miss her! Rest in peace Momma Nancy! You will always be in our hearts. Julie, Amy and Coach I love you all very much.
julie, you are in my thoughts and prayers...hugs to you
My condolences to the family. May Almighty God bless you and give you comfort.
Wayne, Amy and Julie: I have so many wonderful memories of Nancy from my nine years at Coulwood, and eight years as your neighbor. And that's exactly the best way I can describe Nancy - a true, good neighbor. She was always looking out for me and always so helpful to me. I still remember esp. her "sympathy" toward the dog next door to me, in the BEST of ways! In fact, I just remember her love and heart for animals in general, but dogs in particular. I can still hear her calling for LuLu and Toto across my backyard when I'd be outside. Coach, I love you tremendously and you and the girls are in my prayers, and my family's, who also sends their condolences. God bless yall and her wonderful memory!
Coach Laughter and Family,
Thinking of and praying for you during this time.
My dearest friend Amy,
I'm deeply sorry for your loss. Your mother was a very special lady and I'm glad that I had the pleasure of knowing her ever since we were little girls at Coulwood Middle. She was a beautiful person inside and out with a heart of gold! Truly an angel here on earth! She will always be loved by many. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers. May God bring an abundance of comfort to you all throughout this difficult time. Love you. Your friend, Myesha
Nancy, you were one of my favorite people ever, we met because of the love of dogs and we shall meet again..I will always love you and never forget you or your entire family two and four legged.
You have all been in my thoughts and prayers since I heard Nancy was ill. I will continue to pray for comfort to help you through this hard time. Nancy will be missed.
God Took Her To His Loving Home
God saw her getting tired, a cure was not to be.
He wrapped her in his loving arms and whispered ‘Come with me.'
She suffered much in silence, her spirit did not bend.
She faced her pain with courage, until the very end.
She tried so hard to stay with us but her fight was not in vain,
God took her to His loving home and freed her from the pain. I love your family as my own. I can't say I know how you feel but I will say if you're family needs anything don't hesitate to ask. I love you all so much.
To the Laughter Family, may God give you comfort and love at this time. Nancy was a very sweet person to me when I worked with Coach at Coulwood. If there is anything my family can do, please don't hesitate to call. May God continue to bless you.
Coach my sincere condolences go out to you and your family during this time of sorrow. May God keep you in his unchanging hands for guidance and direction. Hold on to all the wonderful memories. God bless you!

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
