MCADENVILLE - Patricia Ann Butler Bowman, 68, passed away March 3, 2014, at Robin Johnson House, Dallas.
She was born Feb. 8, 1946, in Gaston County, to the late John Raymond and Pearl Pauline Parker Butler.
Patricia was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church, Lowell. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and she enjoyed flowers and yard work. Patricia worked 17 years at the Salvation Army Thrift Store and enjoyed helping people.
She is survived by her husband Keith Bowman of McAdenville; son, Chris Bowman and wife Shaila of Gastonia; daughter, Lisa Lineberger and husband Billy of Gastonia; four granddaughters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, John Andrew Bowman; brother, Robert Butler.
Patricia funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisk-Butler Funeral & Cremation Services, Bessemer City with Rev. Mike Johnson offici-ating.
Interment will follow in Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
Her family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pat was a great friend of my sister, Becky, and our whole family. She and Becky are now reunited in Heaven. I'm sure Becky's first words to her were "Hello Beautiful" (which was her typical greeting to her).
