I really don't know what to say here, and feel that I don't have the eloquence to write the words that would be appropriate at such as time as this. I remember the day Dane got his drivers license, I remember his search to find a job so that he could fill the car with gas. I remember telling you how my mother was much like you, caring, a little overprotective, but never lacking the love a boy should have. Sitting next to him in class and speaking with him nonchallantly asking him about his desire to serve, I couldn't help but think how proud you must be to raise such a polite, courteous, smart, abitious young man. I, as well as my family, are praying for you continually.
