Norm, Eric, Anders, John, & family,
We are so sorry for your huge loss. Mary's obit speaks volumes of who she was, very well written.
My last memory of Mary was when we gathered with relatives in our garage for the afternoon. We had many great laughs & Elroy was alive. Norm you were so proud of your new truck & it was soooo cool. I wish I could remember the year....We know the days ahead will be tough, please know we love you & are there in spirit. May all the strength you need be given to you. A beautiful tribute to a beautiful lady.

Mary Jo and I used to go to the library together to read all the Nancy Drew books. We had a kind of competition to see who could read the fastest. As cousins, we have so many memories and photos of us all "swimming" in the big puddles out at Aunt Hannah's farm, sledding down a big hill out in Aunt Hannah's field, raking leaves into "houses" every fall after Dakota Day parade, climbing haystacks and barn roofs at our farm...so many memories...And then we hardly saw each other when we grew up. I'm so sorry for your loss, but I'm so happy that Mary Jo had such a loving family. May God comfort and help you in the days ahead. My family is praying for you all. Love, Cousin Pat
We send our condolences and will be thinking of all of you tomorrow as you gather to remember Mary Jo.

I remember that little girl pictured. As cousins, we made alot of mud pies and had a blast at our Grandma Alices in Vermillion, SD with her sisters, Linda and Jane and our other cousin Susan. My heart is very sad that she is gone but I am so happy she has such a loving wonderful family.
We are so deeply saddened at the news of your loss. You and your sons will be in our prayers for strength and courage during this difficult time.
