We lost a kind, talented teacher and friend. Kathryn's work and gentle soul will stay with us. Rest in peace.

Mrs. George was my 1st grade teacher, and I still remember her gentle kindness and trademark smile. What an amazing soul she was.

Kathryn was the best teacher I have ever known. She helped in special education in New Raymer and if not for her my son would not be reading. What a wonderful woman. Thank you Kathryn for the wonderful person you are.

Mrs. George has been a friend to me and my family almost my entire life. She was my first grade teacher and stayed in touch with me and my family since those early years. She taught me many things, but the one thing we both never forgot was that she taught me to tie my shoes. Thank you Mrs. George. Rest in peace.

I well remember this lovely lady as a friend, teacher and Mom to my friend Mary. Her life was spent making this world better. Well done, Kathryn.
