Mark, all the effort you did to advise the 11th IA was such a Hugh success. Every man that stood with you on the battle field knew you well. Everyday I wake up in the morning, and thank God for having the opportunity to serve with you. When I saw your vehicle hit the EFP and seen you and the men hurt. There was nothing more important in my life then, was to save you guys. I am greatful to had a group of special men that felt the same way. There has been a lot of talk about Sadr city, and books have been written, but there are no words to count for your heroic action as a leader you bestowed to the 11th IA. Mark, thank you so much for the ultimate sacrifice for this country.

Hard to believe that it has been over 5 years since maj Rosenberg died. I wanted to give this day of rememberance to maj Rosenberg. I was with mark on the Mitt and serving as the senior noncommissioned officer on the team, mark was a great and gifted man who gave his life to help another country success. To the family of Maj Rosenberg, I am truly sorry for the lost of such a great man. Maj Rosenberg will be missed by family, friends, the Army and the people that never got to meet him, but understand the sacrifice he gave.

He was a great man to me and my friends he was like our father figure in iraq. I was the lead gunner for the mission i dnt remember much but what they told me after i came too. I cried for 3 days cause i had lost a great teacher and a great friend and father figure. I can still hear his voice telling me not to let my sadness over his death depress me cause he is watching over all of us that he cared about would it be ok if i could come down and visit his grave site.
