My dear Nancy...I loved her so much. She loved celebrating birthdays and special days of people she cared about! She was a unique human being and a dear friend. Rest now Nancy. Dear Lord take of our friend Nancy.

My friend, Nancy - good bye for now... God heard your prayer and now He has you in His company and now we here grieve our moments without you. I find comfort in knowing i will see you again one day... I am forever grateful for your friendship. I am thankful for your loving husband who you loved so much, and his example of unconditional, with how he cared for you. You worried so much for him, as he worried for you... What a wonderful gift you two were for each other. Dave, you have an extended family of crazy crafty women that are here for you, and as hard as it is to pick up the phone... PLEASE do... We miss her too and are here for you! Thank you Nancy for your humor, bravery, grace and example... My prayers for your family to find that peace beyond understanding. That "peace" is such a hard human thing to get, we all struggle with it at times.... Have faith... otherwise it doesn't make much sense without it... God Bless You !

Nancy was truly a special lady!!! I too will not forget the happiness that we witnessed the week before she passed when we brought her a Xmas tree with handmade ornaments from so many of her friends! She could barely smile, but she was laughing inside!! I am so thankful that you are with God now and suffering no more!! Praying for you Dave and your entire family!!

Nancy will be missed terribly, she was such a sweet and wonderful woman with a great sense of adventure. I am so glad that she was able to make it out to our mountain house for a crafting retreat right before the ALS set in. As much as we all miss you, I take comfort in knowing that you are in God's wonderful hands and are no longer struggling with your body failing you. I treasure seeing you light up and smile at the Christmas tree we presented you this year, that memory will stay in my heart forever just like you. Dave, you will continue to be in my prayers and if you ever need anything please call me. You are such a wonderful husband with a great sense of humor. Love you both!

It's been quite a while since we've moved from Colorado Springs. The last time we spoke, Nancy had some health issues and was struggling with back problems. We're so sorry to hear about her battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. She was the sweetest, happiest, caring, giving, loving person. We met through Dave playing tennis with us, and cookouts and outings. She was a great support to the teams, and we had such a wonderful time pulling meals together; and playing games. Especially Pictionary! So many terrific times with greatest memories. Our love and prayers are sent to Dave and their extended families.

Nancy was such a loving and giving person. There wasn't a gathering that took place at Safetran that Nancy wasn't always giving of herself 100%.
She will be missed.

Nancy was one of the best people in our high-school class at Mapleton in north Denver. I always enjoyed seeing her at our reunions, and would have looked forward to seeing her again. I was heartbroken when I had heard she was afflicted with ALS, and again today when I learned of her passing. Our sincere condolences to her husband Dave and the rest of her family. She was taken from her loved ones and friends far too soon.
