My youth has ended. . . . .
My Sweet George.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Harrison family. To me, George was a true and genuine rockin roller! Full of human spirit and values. I will share his music with my children so they will understand true music from the heart. And at this time of turmoil and grief... You were correct in saying,
"Isn't it a pity" God Bless!

This was the first thing I heard on the news when I got up. My older sister and I used to listen to the Beatles all the time when we were growing up. "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" is one of my favorite songs. This man, George Harrison touched and inspired so many people through his music...he will be sorely missed. We've lost a great man, a great humanitarian, a wonderful guitarist and an amazing composer. My sincerest condolences go out to his wife and son....and to all of the others who's life he touched in some way, world wide. Blessed Be George.

I recall my parents mourning this or that actor or singer when I was young and didn't understand what the big deal was as they were 'old'. 58 is not that old to me any more and I now understand, we are losing OUR generation, a part of OUR past with the passing of this great musician. May you rest in peace George Harrison and thank you for your contributions to OUR generation.

May the Gods bless you for all of your contributions to all of our lives.
Thank you friend

Nobody can live forever, but for some reason, I always thought that the Beatles were larger than life.
It's sad that two of them are now gone. I know it's a cliche, but Mr. Harrison contributed to some of the most timeless pop music in the world, so in a since, he is immortal. May you find your great cosmic peace in the sky, George!

Dear Friends,

On this day, let us fondly remember the wonderful gifts that George shared with those who loved him and the world. His talent, humor, his peaceful, gentle soul and the love he gave through his music and life - these things will live on in our hearts.

May George find the true, eternal peace and rest he deserves and may he find comfort in the arms of God.

I will miss you on this earth, my friend. Patricia.

A cloak of sadness now shrouds the heart of any Beatles' fan. The music of George Harrison may be silenced forever, but the memories he gave us will live on forever. George, please send our love to John.

George Harrison, like the Beatles, were good. And as it was said, All Good Things Must Pass.

He has passed, but will not be forgotten.

Lord Byron said:
"The smiles that win, the tints that glow,
But tell of days in goodness spent,
A mind at peace with all below,
A heart whose love is innocent!"

Good bye, George!
