Thank you for giving me the privelage to have known you. You were a wonderful person and a great Grandpa to my wife Melissa. Patrick will always share those "special rides" with you and we will be sure that he remembers you as he grows older. He is a lucky boy as I know now that he has you and my dad to always watch over him.

Not only my Grandfather, but a Father to me. I love him more than he could know. He was a very sincere and kind man. I can only hope that I have become what he wanted me to and that in some way I have made him proud to have me as his Grandson. I will truly miss him as will my wife Tina. I am truly blessed by the fact that he and my daughter, Kaia, at least got to know each other and have good times together that I will forever cherish. God Bless you Gramps. You will be missed.

Lots of memories, a telephone career together, neighbors, camps and many happy hours.
Sorry we are unable to physically visit.
You are in our thoughts.

Love Bill and Doris

The Aherns were my neighbors both on Island Pond Road and at my camp.It always made my day if I got up to the camp and they were there.Mr. Ahern, I want to thank you for all you did to make my childhood fun, like taking me and Dianne to antique shows, to the store and a little diner in Plymouth.Thank you for making us laugh (big bad dad is mad and I'm sad), and I still laugh when I think of you jumping up in the air out of the path of an oncoming horseshoe! Also, you raised six wonderful children who always had personalities to emulate. And especially thankyou for all the times you made my grandfather (Walter Lewis') enjoy a day or evening out with you.I know I'll think of more, until then God bless and may all the angels bring you to paradise. Love to all, Kathy Ott McHugh
