As we come upon the one year anniversary of your passing onto
Glory may we remember the contributions you made to America. May we all strive to be parts of a solution and inspire others to greatness. I grew up in Grand Rapids and have many fond memories of your visits. Blessings to you in your eternal home.

I first met with Jerry Ford in his office when I was seeking a congressional nomination to the USMA (WestPoint) in 1961. Jerry was always a gracious man and a leader with principals. He represented Western Michigan well during 1948-1976. My heart felt sympathies go out to Betty and their children and grandchildren. His leadership will be missed and he will not be forgotten.

Dear Ford Family--
I am not even a Republican, but I ALWAYS LOVED President Ford and ALWAYS admired Mrs. Ford. I loved him even more after his death and the release of his last interview. What a decent, honest man. I am glad he stood for what he believed in to the end. If you havent seen the tribute cartoon that Scott Stantis did of him after he died in the Birmingham News, look it up on the net under Scott Stantis. It is such a joyful and peaceful tribute to him. Thank you for everything you have done for women and for our country Mrs. Ford. You and Eleanor Roosevelt are the number one First Ladies of all time.
Sincerely, yours
