My deepest sympathy goes out to Geraldine's family. There's an old song that comes to mind, when I think about her life and especially the 1984 campaign, that mention things that might have been.

I met Mrs. Ferraro at a Marymount Manhattan College reunion. She was most gracious and took pictures with us. We are very proud of her and all her accomplishments. Our family sends our deepest sympathy and will keep your family in our prayers.

My sincere condolences to the entire family of Geraldine. I babysat for her three children for three years while I was a student at Marymount. I always admired her energy and her can-do spirit. I have wonderful memories of working for her and John. Rest in peace, Gerry. With fond remembrances, Kathleen (Bailey) Trainor
