Doris, besides Ethel Mertz, you were one of my favorite friends of Lucy on the I Love Lucy episodes. Your picture shows that you still were a beautiful woman and I just know you were the same on the inside. As I am sending my heartfelt condolences to your family and friends there is currently an "I Love Lucy" marathon playing on tv, and right this very moment you are in the episode where Lucy and Ethel are running for "club president". I don't look at that as ironic, I want to look at it as a sign that you are reunited with the Mertzes,the Ricardos and your beloved husband of 61 years. GOD Bless you and RIP "carolyn".
