Jennifer L. Warke, 30, of Sugar Notch, beloved wife of William John Warke, died Wednesday at home after a long illness.
Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of Susan Osif Domyan, of Drums, James Domyan, of Ashley, and Mark Lamont, of Hughesville; and granddaughter of Lillian Osif, of Hazleton.
She is also survived by sisters, Jamie Domyan, Justine Domyan-Hernandez and Jolene Domyan; brothers, James Domyan Jr. and Christian Lamont; aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and a niece; and her dear poodle Tiger.
She was predeceased by her grandfather, Emil Osif.
Jennifer graduated from Hanover High School and attended college locally. She was employed as an executive assistant by The Physician's Resource of Mountain Top.
An "old soul," Jennifer shared William's love of antique Cadillacs and traveled frequently with him to car shows. She had great taste but enjoyed simple pleasures. She enjoyed beach vacations and also loved gardening, crocheting, crafts and music. Never far from her crocheting bag, Jenny made sure every new baby in her family and circle of friends got a custom blanket in short order. Her love of life was focused on her family and friends, and her radiant smile and outgoing personality touched all around her.
From the start of her battle with angiosarcoma in 2010, she was unfailingly concerned more with those around her than her own plight. Visitors would come to cheer up her and leave cheered up themselves. On chemo day she went with homemade baked goods for the nurses and other patients, singing her favorite Billy Joel songs. She and her family were especially grateful for the fine care from Dr. Martin Martino and the staff at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Geisinger Wilkes-Barre. Her family also would also like to expresses gratitude to the Hospice of the Sacred Heart for helping Jenny to finish her journey at home surrounded by family and friends. She departed as she lived, with absolute grace and class.
Funeral services will be held at 12:45 p.m. Monday at the Stanley S. Stegura Funeral Home Inc., 614 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke, with Divine Liturgy and the Office of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. in Holy Assumption of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, 695 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Denison Cemetery, Swoyersville. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. James Hayer will conduct Panacea Services at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Jenny's Journey of Hope Benefit Fund, UFCW Federal Credit Union, 1460 Sans Souci Parkway, Hanover Township, PA 18702.

Jaimie and family,
We grieve with you and know what it is like to lose someone that you love and need at such a young age. You are all in our hearts and we prayed to Bobby that if it is possible , for him to hold her hand through her passage to her new life. I know that he will,if possible because he loved you all as family. If there is anything that we can do you need only ask.
With much love,

Sympathy to the family and loved ones. It's always terrible when someone passes on at such a young age, but it's ten times worse when that someone is related to you. May God bless your soul and rest in everlasting peace.

Our sweet Jenny, you are absolutely beautiful!! You were an awesome fighter and now it was time to rest your weary head. May you feel you no more pain and nothing but happiness as you watch over your loves one from up above, because we all know you will be laughing at 'Mike' Filchak for saying/doing something silly to Karen!! ;) May you rest in peace as you please watch over us all, please keep us safe, and guide us all to make the right decisions. You have two special children, Julia & Max, who will need you as their guardian angel and I know you won't let them down. Rest easy Dear Jenny, you will be sadly missed and thought of every day!! We LOVE you sweet Jenny <3 XoXo <3

Words cannot express the impact you have made upon others lives. Your courageous battle was fought with dignity and always as a lady. You've taught us some lessons along the way too. Your smile will always remain as my favorite thought of you, your gentle voice as you educated us on the terms of angiosarcoma and how you were waging your battle was calming even though I knew the facade you were putting up. We will truly miss you. Rest in peace, your battle is over. My sincere condolences to Will and your family and Tiger, who will miss you dearly.
