To the Cowden family. I am so sorry to hear about your loss and do not have the words to describe my heartbreak for you. Kristan I will never ever forget you and your presence at school as I thought you were one of the nicest, kindest and most compassionate human beings I have ever run across in my 30 years of being an educator. I did have the honor to express those sentiments to your dad in a conversation with him one day and was not surprised how you turned out to be the way you are based on his humility and graciousness. Please know that your family is in my heart and prayers.

My husband Larry and I attended Sunday School at Riverbend with Gordan and Melisa. Larry and Gordan continued to stay in touch after we had
moved to Plano and they went
to CO. We both thought so
much of Gordan. He will be
missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his kids and family.
