Carol Zylstra

To the family of Mrs. Zylstra: I wish you peace in your time of loss. You are in my thoughts, my heart & my prayers

As a socially challenged young man, I remember well the hospitality, generosity, and grace with which Mrs. Zylstra treated me as one of her son's friends. Beginning with the fully stocked van of snacks at college track meets and continuing to unannounced visits when my family visited Grand Rapids in later years, she always accepted us warmly and with the love of Christ. We are very appreciative of how she served us and will certainly miss her.

Norm and Family- I am sorry to hear about the the passing of Carol. I fondly remember many good times with your family as a young man. I remember Carol (always misses Zylstra back then!) as being a very happy and upbeat peraon who loved her family above all. You all will remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Having spent some time with Carol was a blessing. We met a wonderful woman, a fighter, an example of life, similar to an angel. All our love to Gerrit, family and friends. We will be there for you, always.
