I, too, did Mrs. Droski's hair at Chic, about 20 years ago. She was a very sweet, kind lady. For many, many years she sent several cards a year with $5 in them for my handicapped daughter, Mary. "This is for little Mary" she would write. Now they are both with the Lord, as we lost our Mary 2 years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you Father Norman.
Isabelle was a very sweet woman. I did her hair about 10 years ago when I was a student at Chic. We all looked forward to seeing her for her appointment. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this tough time.
Your familiy will be in my thoughts and prayers. I never met Isabelle, but I purchased Jane Sypniewski's house from her sons after she passed, which is located two doors up from Isabelle's. I had always heard from the neighbors how much she cared for her home and how hard she worked to keep it nice. Since she couldn't be there to take care of her own home while at St. Anne's home, I've made sure to stop down to her house to spray the weeds in the cracks of the sidewalk, etc. to help keep it looking nice for her.
God be with you and your family during this difficult time.
Carole, Marilyn, Sue will always have fond memories of eating at her house with our families. She has a special place in our hearts and will always be there. Bless you Aunt Isabelle and Father Norman. Our love to you.
I know Isabelle was well-loved by my mom Estelle (Bulkowskie)Sadowski. Isabelle will be in our thoughts and prayers.
