Carol and Family, Sorry to hear of your loss. I will be praying for you all in this hard time. I have many great memories of Janet and I's visits. It was a pleasure to get to know her. Worked with Janet many years ago at Kent County when I was Budget Director and Pension Plan Administrator. Janet was an extremely kind and caring employee and a joy to work with.
