Dear Roz,
Seymour has left a large space to fill! Such love of life, pride in family, professional zeal and rare wisdom...hard to find anywhere, let alone in one person! He has left behind wonderful memories for all of us to share. I am blessed to have known him and the wonderful family the two of you created. I am so sorry for your loss.

Seymour was my favorite boss. He put Rosalyn and family first which is a wonderful testimony on how to live. I will always remember his and Roz' genuine concern when my young daughter was hospitalized and their gifts to my daughters from their travels around the world. Seymour and Roz' strong commitment to each other has been a great example of what a marriage should be, and his quiet manner and humane character have forever touched the lives of many.

Seymour plumbed life itself. When we were too poor to pay for frozen pipes, Seymour fixed the problem, charging me
one painting (because that was what I did). I think of him as a generous, kind and funny human being.

Dear Roz, Seymour's visual perspective, his love of photography and jazz will
be long remembered and missed. His steadfast legal support of the working
men and women of West Michigan made an important contribution to our
community. We all share your loss. Richard E. Paschke (East Grand Rapids, MI)
