Herbert J. Huffman

HUFFMAN, HERBERT J. Herbert J Huffman, aged 91, of Wyoming, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, January 18, 2014. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin; and also by two brothers and one sister. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jacqueline; children, Jeffrey (Donna) Huffman, Carol (Duane) Dykhouse, Alan Huffman, Randall Huffman, Patrick (Susan) Huffman and Kristine (Joe) Fifelski; 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Leon (Iris) St. Lawrence. Herbert proudly served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army and was a proud bakery business owner. He was an avid pool player, loved to bowl and play golf. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 1 PM at Holy Name of Jesus Church,1630 Godfrey SW, with Fr Stephen Dudek officiating. Relatives and friends may meet the family at the church on Saturday from 12-1 PM prior to the service and at the luncheon to be served immediately after the service in the Holy Name of Jesus gymnasium.
