P.S. Go Pack Go!
Keeping in mind the scriptural hope of everlasting life can sustain you during this difficult time. John 17:3
Ron and Linda Abitz. We haven't seen Roy for several years. He was always cheerful and in great spirits. He will be missed. Our condolences go out to his family.
I am so blessed to have been able to know you during my 19 years of life. I hope that I can accomplish as much as you in my lifetime. One of my greatest memories will always be the few Christmases that you made the journey to Portland. I will miss you.
Grandpa Roy- I love and miss you!
Roy was a big man with a big heart. I envision him in a place with wide fairways, plenty of hungry fish, and loved ones waiting for him with open arms.
Grandpa-we were so lucky to have had you in our lives for so long. I am happy that you are at peace now and in heaven to be reunited with those who have gone before you. Love, Big Red
I did not know Roy very well. However, we connected in the late 1980s. I was trying to prove, we were related, but never found the missing link despite our family's origins in German Pomerania from 2 small villages 35 miles apart. I shared information with him after connecting with many of his distant relatives scattered from here to the west coast as well as genealogical information from the Morman Library in Salt Lake City.
May you rest in peace, Roy, and condolences to your widow
Memories of Uncle Roy bring joy to the heart. Where ever he was, there was laughter
You brought us so much joy and love. Your belly will never really be a belly but a sturdy tree trunk or a solid wooden boat, your arms branches or paddles. I am so glad that you're at peace and reunited with family and loved ones. Thank you for blessing this world with 90 beautiful years. I love you and am thankful that God loaned you to us while you were here. - Your "Adopted" One.
I'll never forget scaling Grandpa Roy's belly as if it were a mountain. Much love to him for putting up with all of his little mountain climbers.
Cheers to Big Roy who is undoubtedly riding high in heaven. Roy was always filled with great stories and was a huge presence in all our lives.
It is truly a blessing Roy lived a long life. I know he will forever live on in the heart of all he has touched. May God comfort you and give you peace.
Roy was a unique individual who always took an interest in our church, my family and me. For so many years he couldn't wait to provide Shrine Circus tickets for the children. May God Bless Roy and his family, especially Julie, as you remember what made Roy a blessing.
Grandpa Roy was a loving, wonderful grandpa. I have so many happy memories that will be cherished forever!
