Barbara Byers Bishop

Barbara Byers Bishop, 69, widow of Larry Ronald Bishop, died Monday, June 23, 2014.
Born in Fort Pierce, FL, she was the daughter of the late John Francis Byers and Maude Lark Byers.
Mrs. Bishop was a wonderful mother and a loving Nani to her grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Ellison Pender; granddaughter, Carson Leigh Pender; grandson, Connor Byers Pender; and special friend and caregiver, Darlene Prickett. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Walter Byers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Blvd., Memphis, TN 38105.

Barbara and I went from, I think, first grade all the way through high school. She was a wonderful girl and I'm certain she grew into a fabulous woman, mother, and grandmother. My thoughts are with you at this time.
