Tere,Lenny y Ceci! Vamos a recordar todos los momentos felices que pasamos con Nicolás!! A pesar de la distancia estamos siempre al lado de ustedes. Los queremos mucho.
Queridos Tere, Lenny y Ceci,
Dear Len, Teresa, Cecilia, Jeff, Henry and Audrey,
You have been in our thoughts and prayers since Nick's passing. He will be deeply missed. It's clear that he was a special person to many people, and also that he was surrounded by loving family and friends. We send our love to you, the extended family, and his many friends in Greenville.
We heard about the loss of your son from Mary-Anne Dieckhaus and want to extend our sincere condolences. Although we only knew Nick many, many years ago when we were on Potter Lane, we read of all the wonderful things he did and we know you will miss him very much. Our sympathy goes out to you.
Queridos Tere, Len y Ceci:
Len and Teresa, we are saddened to hear of your loss. Nick had such a big heart and a personality to match. Our prayers go out to you and the entire extended family.
I am so sorry to here about Nick. Nick was a great human being. I will always remember him waving the Wade Hampton Flag around at the football, and basket ball games. Now that is a true General. He will be deeply missed.
I am so sorry. Casey Wooten Knight is my niece and I met Nick several times when he came to family gatherings with her. My Granddaughter and Crystal graduated High School the same year and we had a party.Nick came with Casey and when the time came for toasts he gave the sweetest toast. He danced and had a great time at the party, All my memories of him make me smile.
Teresa and family....My thoughts and prayers are with you during the loss of your sweet son, Nick. I met him while working at Enterprise. He was so diligent about the work he did and was always an encouragement to me with that bright smile and outgoing personality. I appreciate the opportunity to have known him. God bless you all and hold you tightly in your great loss.
I will always remember Nicks smile and happy concentration in whatever sport he was involved in. He was a good friend and person and we will miss him very much. Marie and Julia Peters
I was honored to be Nick's Special Olympics Golf Coach for several years. I was simply amazed how far he could hit that ball and then have such a great "touch" for chipping and putting. He will always have a special place in my heart. My heart breaks to lose him. Heaven has a beautiful, strong, brave angel.
I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed my many conversations with Nick over the years during his dental appointments. He was such a sweetie. Such a sweetie. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love
Family, I am sorry to hear of Nicolas' passing. Please accept our condolences during this time. He had made such a wonderful name for himself. (Ecclesiastes 7:1) We may mourn but who he was wont be forgotten.
May tears soon give way to sweet memories of your Nicholas. I know your pain and promise it does get a little easier with time. How blessed we were to have had our sons for as long as God gave them to us on earth, but forever in our hearts. Jayne Douglass Vance

Nick's enthusiasm for life and sense of humor will never be forgotten. The Sun is surely shining less brightly, but somewhere an angel smiles.
So sorry for your loss. What an awesome guy. He will be missed by all of us at Special Olympics.
Nick taught us all about loving people well and service to others. I'm sorry to know he is gone from us, but his spirit lives on in the lives he impacted. Our prayers with you through this time.
To the family and friends of precious Nick . I'm sitting here this morning in shock and terribly saddened by the news that Nick passed away. I was informed by a friend and ex coworker. I used to be employed with Greenville County D & SNB. I worked with Nick at Piedmont Skills Patrick Center and at his home in Greer S C. Nick had such a way about him that he could just draw you in and you could feel the love and tenderness inside of him. His bright smile could light up a room. His laughter could almost bring the walls down. His gentle heart could melt those in his presence. The short conversations we would share together inspired me as he would tell me about his life and family and friends. I believe each of us has an appointed plan and reason for being on this earth at the specific timetable of our life. I thank God for the privilege for allowing me not only to meet Nick but to get to know him for who he really is inside. Rest in peace Nick.....you fought the good fight and the race is over now . I love you Nick....Joan Fineman ( formerly Joan Johnson )
I am so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. I first met him when he worked at BI-LO. Always cheerful and helpful and always remembered me. I arranged for Nick to attend the Stars on Ice show at the BI-LO center a few years ago and we had such a great time. He is in a better place and I will always remember his giant smile and sweetness.
Teresa and Len,
Our hearts are broken! We cannot believe that precious young man is gone. He was a part of the Wooten family. Casey's heart is broken that she is at the beach with Mark and the babies and cannot be here. He was an absolute joy to be around. It is so ironic that he passed on the same day as Billy. I am sure Billy greeted him when he entered heaven! God's grace has seen us through the last year and He will be with you guys also.We will never forget Nick. Our thought and prayers are with you all and praying that God will comfort you during this time and the days to come.Love you all!
Dear Tere,Len & Ceci,
I am sure that Nick is with God now and he will take care of us,
Nick was a fundamental piece to our lives. He was a part of our journey to finding each other. Phil and I will miss him greatly.
From Stephanie, Nick was one of her best friends. She will never forget the times they shared together, in school, special Olympics and in Japan.
From the Skitt family, Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the Rothenberger family for their loss. We love you.

Oh Teresa & Len. I was so saddened to see this. Nick was a very special person. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Just know that death leaves a heartache no one can heal and love leaves a memory no one can take away from you. The angels will be near the ones who are grieving and whispers to them that their loved ones are safe in the hand of God.
