Jeanette and family. I am so sad and heavy hearted. You know how fond I was of Bill ("Sonny"). I always said he was a distant relative but a much closer friend. He was my "best friend" and confidante for a very long time. Jeanette, I will call you soon to talk. My husband Bill joins me in all of the above. With much love to all of you. Mary Elise Auten Webb ("Mayme")

This was a look to the past of more than 30 years. Bill and Jeanette lived in Lansdowne and played tennis at Cedar Forest. Jim and I had the honor and pleasure to be neighbors and friends. We lost track after Bill and Jeanette moved to Texas, but we have thought of them and wondered where life had taken them. We remember Bill as a gentleman and certainly a loving husband and father. Jeanette, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
