RIP Dear Alan. You brought me so much laughter as a child and taught me that I'm not alone in the world, there are other people just like me that go to work, have a good time, laugh, and love.
Dear Sues Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathy. Life is so short yet we can make a lasting impression on so many that loved us May you find comfort in your loving memories and turn to God the Hear of pray to mend your broken hearts. Psalms 51:17.
Miss Me - but let me go When I come to the end of the road and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room Why cry for a soul set free. Miss me a little, but not too long And not with your head bowed low, Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me , but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take And each must go alone, It's all a part of the Master's Plan a step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick of heart, Go to the friends we know, And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds, Miss me, but let me go. R.I.P. Alan
Rest in peace! Condolences to family and friends.

Alan was my favorite actor on Laugh In. The world has lost a wonderful man. R.I.P. Alan.
I sincerely Offer My Condolence: Alan Sues has no doubt cast a shadow over you as you go about your daily life because death bring us face-to-face with the fact that he is gone too soon. His presence will be dearly missed. So despite the pain of grief, let it be your resolve to continue to work your way through pain and grief. The rich life that he led has left many memories. Times like this make us sad. But, there is "a time to weep". (Ecclesiastes 3:4) Yet you can have the hope of seeing your love one. Jesus said "Do not let your be troubled" (John 14:27). Sometimes we may feel paralyzed by a tragedy such as this. Remember: God can help you to endure any and every problem they may face. He will give you the "power beyond what is normal" to go from one day to the next (2Corinthians 4:7).
You were a person of many smiles and laughs. It's a shame today's youth won't know the kind of humor you had to spread with the world. You will be missed by all .May your family never loose the blessings of that humor.
SO GLAD I HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO HAVE LAUGHED AND GUFFAWED WHEN SEEN ON LAUGHIN! HE WAS UNIQUE; EXTREMELY FUNNY WITH GREAT EXPRESSION AND TIMING! RIP
Great talent, he made the world an easier place to smile in!
In St. Petersburg, Florida I was his dresser for a play that he was in. During down time when he wasn't on stage he would do his needlework and we would talk. He was making tiger stripe needlepoint chair covers for his dining room. So, I got to see more of the personal man and not just the comic we all loved. He was a very quiet, gentle man off stage. My condolence to his family and friends.
I also forgot to mention, we will all miss our "Ringy-dingy" .
NOT ALAN SUES!!! I LOVED that guy! I remembered him as the guy who made me laugh the most as a child when Laugh-In was on. THEN, when they reran it again on Nick a Nite in the late 1980's I was able to understand all the jokes he was saying and laughed even harder!
I will miss him very much!
In 1980's I WAS IN PHIL FOSTER's COMEDY CLASS WITH ALAN SUES I WORKED WITH HIM BRIEFLY ON HIS MUSICAL COMEDY.HE RELATED NUMEROUS HUMOROUS ANECDOTES ABOUT THE BROADWAY RUN OF TEA AND SYMPATHY. I REMEMBER EVERY CLEVER THING HE SAID TO ME. JOHN WALSH HOLLYWOODDEMS@GMAIL.COM

Although many of us remember Alan Sues as a cast member of "Laugh-In", I especially enjoyed his portrayal of the selfishly boorish and cruel grandson in "The Twilight Zone" episode entitled "The Masks". Mr. Sues was, indeed, a multi-faceted talent. My condolences to his family, friends, and fellow fans.
He always brings a smile to my face when I remember him.
Rest in Hilarity "Uncle Al, the Kiddies Pal"!
My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr Sues. At the end of each life is a legacy of love and memories. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived Psalm 46:1. Thanks for all the great laughs that with you the show whould not as been as funny.
I know God has a sense of humor, so make him laugh
My sister and I were always looking forward to Laugh-In coming on each week to give us a lot of laughs that were needed back then. We would sit close to our fireplace leaning against throw pillows enjoying watching Alan along with the rest of the cast. GOD must have needed another one from this show to add to the cast in HEAVEN. What childhood memories that will live with me forever. Thank you, Alan!
Feeling sad upon reading about this death. I'll always remember Alsn Sues as one of the funniest men, esp. on Laugh-in. Sincerely, teena Roth
Rest in peace, Big Al. We'll miss you.
Laugh-In was one of my favorite shows back in the late '60's and Alan Sues and his characters were hilarious! Rest in peace, Alan. Heaven just got a little crazier!
At a time when I needed some fun time he was there he was a bright light at the end of a dark tunnel. Thank You for making me laugh.
He created warm childhood memories for me. I hope your life was a happy one.
In the late 1970's, Mr. Sues costarred in the live play "The Seven Percent Solution." He played Dr. Moriarty and he STOLE THE SHOW, even though the "star" was Lenord Nemoy. What a great actor Alan was, and seemingly a very nice guy. I met him briefly after that performance, and he was personable and gracious. He brought me great joy then, and on Laugh-In. He was one of my favorites. May he rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with the
family of Alan Sues. Thanks for the
laughter and the memories.
Even THINKING about you on "Laugh In" makes me chuckle.
You were the real thing - you made us laugh SO HARD. May you continue to share your fun and laughter with everyone in heaven.
Thank you for the smiles, Especially in 1968 Our Love, Ed & Carla Bickel
EVERY TIME WE LOSE A MEMBER OF LAUGH IN GETS CLOSER TO COSING A GREAT ERA! I CAME UPON LAUGH IN WHEN I STARTED TO GET THE GOOD LIFE TV CHANNEL! AND HAVE NOT STOPPED LAUGHING SINCE! AND TELL SAMMY THAT THE JUDGE IS BACK LOL :0)LOVE YA AND WILL MISS YA ALAN SUES!
I loved Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In as I watched it as much as I could. All the comedy was great as I remembered then, "Sock It To Me" was the main phrase. As a youth then, I thought he was related to Dr. Suess, whom I also liked.
SNL is the closest "offspring" to Laugh-In we have now, although different category of audience.
Thanks Alan Sues. Your zaniness was just what we needed.
Loved the guy, "This is Uncle AL , the children's pal "
Thank YOU for The Memories

May God bless this man in his new life. Such a great gift he shared with us all....the gift of making us laugh and feeling good. There is not much from that era that is still funny today, but his schtick still is, and I am grateful! Thanks for so much enjoyment! God bless the family and thank you for sharing him with us!
RIP, Uncle Al, the kiddies' pal. You were a pal to all of us!
God bless him and his loved ones. He made people laugh which is a great gift.

I had no idea that Alan Sues was quite that old...he will always be a "kid at heart" in my mind. I was a HUGE fan of "Laugh-In" and Alan Sues was one of my very favorite characters because of his "off-the-wall" characterizations. I even have a tape of "Laugh-In" and I still laugh every time I watch it. Alan made me laugh so much and so hard. God rest his soul. He was one-of-a-kind.
So sorry to hear this. Thanks for making me laugh,Alan.
Condolences to family and loved ones. May the God of all comfort be with you. (2 Cor. 1:3 & 4)
