And no resident will say: “I am sick…”Isa 33:24. We can be sure of this reality because God has promised as seen from his divine words about the near future; perhaps you or I may see those missing from our lives due to sickness or tragic injury that lead to death. Prayers go out to the surviving family and friends.
May God be with her family during these stressful times. Joshua 1:5
It was sheer coincidence that you died whilst I was reading your autobiography Clarissa. One of the best books I have ever read. I felt that you were talking to me personally as a friend. I wish I had had the privelige of being your friend because you would have been a wonderful person to talk to. You talked about your life with total honesty and frankness. You were a thoroughly wonderful lady who despite all your own personal trials you succeeded in battling your way through and went on to give so many people so much happiness with all you did. God Bless you Clarissa x x
From all of us at Musk's we shall miss you and thank you for your support over all these years.
Clarissa will be missed for her witty sense of humour and all her contributions to British culture. She definitely made a name for herself. Ecclesiastes 7:1.
What a wonderful character, and what great spirit. And oh, for a thousand more like her. Clarissa will remain in many memories for a very long time. RIP.
Rest knowing you brought great happiness to all who loved the Two Fat Ladies!
My sincere sympathy to the family for the loss of your dear loved one. May you find peace and comfort in Psalms 65:2. Again my deepest sympathy.
Our deepest sympathy to Clarissa Dickson Wright's family and friends during this time of sorrow. Be assured that American is forever grateful to Clarissa for the style in which she entertained us, but now she is peacefully resting in sleep from her hard but rewarding work. As you comfort each other with the love that you share for one another and for Clarissa, allow God to be your refuge and your strength to get you through the days ahead.
My sympathies for the Dickson Wright family for the loss of Clarissa. I loved her take on life and food with Mrs. Paterson. May you find solace with you family in this difficult time.
My condolences to the family.
May your family find comfort in drawing close to God at this most difficult time in your lives.
Keep Your Eyes on the Prize!
(2 Corinthians 4:18)
When eyes of blind ones see again
And ears of deaf ones hear again,
When deserts blossom as the rose
And from parched ground fresh water flows,
When lame ones leap just like the hart,
When loved ones never have to part
—Such blessed times you'll realize
If you keep your eyes on the prize.
When tongues of mute ones speak again,
When old ones will be young again,
When earth will yield her rich increase
And all good things will never cease,
When songs of children fill the air,
When joy and peace are ev'rywhere,
Then, too, you'll see the dead arise
If you keep your eyes on the prize.
When wolves and lambs will feed as one,
When bears and calves bask in the sun,
A mere young boy will lead them all,
And they will heed his childish call.
When tears belong to yesterday,
Clarissa and Jennifer are cooking together again! RIP
RIP Clarissa....Nothing but "proper bacon" in Heaven.
