MY CONDOLENCES TO MR. ALBERT'S FAMILY. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW WE HAD LOST HIM. HE WAS GREAT AS OLIVER WENDELL DOUGLAS.
I will remember your delightful roles whether serious or comical. 99 years is a long time, yet you were not among us long enough!!
A great actor and very endearing person. I enjoyed growing up watching him on green acres. Rest in peace.
Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.
Fair winds and following seas sailor.
Thank you for your service to this nation.
Eddie Albert was truly an amazing person with so much talent the loss is clearly ours. Prayers fill our hearts while singing praises to God asking him to let us never forget the love we have for this wonderful person gone from our lives never forgetting the joy we shared experiencing a great talent. Hebrews 6:10.
To Eddie Albert,
You were a very talented actor. I enjoyed watching you on the sitcom Green Acres. You made me laugh. My prayers are with you Mr. Albert. Lisa Weiner
You played a coward in that great Aldrich movie Attack, but in real life you were quite a hero at Bloody Tarawa. For that and your wonderful acting I say...Thanks!
I don't know if this will be seen or not, but I must say that Mr. Albert's most noteworthy achievement was not his Hollywood career. This man was a hero and Bronze Star recipient. I just saw a documentary about JPAC's efforts to bring back all of the Marines' remains from Tarawa. Several commented on how many dead and wounded Marines he picked up. A true hero first, an actor second.
He lived a full life and brought joy to many. May the Almighty God bring peace and comfort to the family. Romans 15:33
DEAR FAMILY OF MR ALBERT MY NAME CHARLES SLATER I LIVE ALPENA MI WE LIKED MR ALBERTS MOVIES HE PLAYED IN HE WILL BE MISSED CHARLES AND SHIRLEY SLATER

Dear Family of Eddie Albert: I was 12 when Green Acres came into m life and I still love to watch it. I grew up with a dear uncle who could grow anything, and a childhood spending time on his farm is one of my favorite memories. You are so blessed to have had him for such a long time. He was a good man, as was my uncle, who was named Bonhomme by a grade school teacher, which is French for good mn. Very Truly Yours,
My Mr. Douglas I watch you every night you still make me laugh after all these year's and I want to say I love you and thank you for smile's you put on my face RIP.
Rest in Peace, and thank you
This candle will always be lite for you Eddie. LOve ALWAYS; TINA PELLHUM
Green Acres is the place for me
I remember watching the Greenacers when I was just a little girl. It was a show that made me happy. Mr. Albert lived a long time and I only hope that his years off set was as joyful as he seemed on the show. May God give you all comfort and peace.
I remember Greenacres and how Mr.Haney tried to hoodoo you everytime he came around. LOL Thank you for the memories.May you rest in piece !!!
I have fond childhood memories of him in Greenacres. He always seemed a gentle man and I like him even more, having learned of his conservation interests. All good wishes to his family, from Australia.M.
May the God of comfort and tender mercies continue to comfort you and your family.
Know that very shortly death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things will have passed away.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
To The Family of Eddie Albert,
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours. May the God of Comfort continue to be with you in these difficult times.May you also find comfort in the thoughts at Isa. 41: 10.
Eddie, You were great playing the part of Emanuel Swedenborg (1689-1772) in the "Man who had to Know." Hopefully, your role in the movie brought more visibility to this great person who was a virtual genuise, scientist, philosopher and theologian. And, most of all a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ.
When I was a kid, I would never miss the Green Acres. Along with your spouse, Mrs. Gabore, you were this Big-City Lawyer who decided it was high time to breath the Fresh Air and to be in tune with nature.
I used to have a big kick out of the show because my folks had done just that: they had decided to buy a farm and just like Mr. Albert and Mrs.Gabore, they were the laughing stock of the area. Physically, they also looked alike,Mom was a blonde and my father, salt-and -pepper.
Thank you for all the memorable moments of great laughter!
He was one of my favorite sitcom actors. I grew up watching Green Acres, it was one of my favorite shows. I had many hours of good clean laughter watching him on Green Acres. I miss him and many other good solid actors.
Green Acres will never be the same. Condoléances for the family.
Francyne Tétrault, Hamilton, Ontario
just was watching Edward jr on a rerun of Heat of the Night. I really enjoyed both Eddie and Edward over the years in different programs. I have fond memories of both of these guys. I miss em.
To Eddie Albert,
I loved watching you on the sitcom Green Acres and you really made me laugh. I miss watching you on t.v. I will never forget you Eddie Albert. Lisa Weiner
He was a great actor that I enjoyed to watch on Tv. He will be missed very much. May the Lord give you strength and peace always. Myra North Carolina
WEEP NOT FOR ME
Do not weep for me when I no longer dwell among the wonders of the earth; for my larger self is free, and my soul rejoices on the other side of pain...on the other side of darkness.
Do not weep for me, for I am a ray of sunshine that touches your skin, a tropical breeze upon your face, the hush of joy within your heart and the innocence of babes in mothers arms.
I am the hope in a darkened night. And, in your hour of need, I will be there to comfort you. I will share your tears, your joys, your fears, your disappointments and your triumphs.
Do not weep for me, for I am cradled
in the arms of God. I walk with the angels, and hear the music beyond the stars.
Do not weep for me, for I am within you;
I am peace, love, I am a soft wind that caresses the flowers. I am the calm that follows a raging storm. I am an autumns leaf that floats among the garden of God, and I am pure white snow that softly falls upon your hand.
Do not weep for me, for I shall never die, as long as you remember me...
with a smile and a sigh.

den demarco for your help on gray days
Eddie was a ww2 war hero who disobeyed order's and made multiple trips in to shore to rescue Marine's
that were pinned down by heavy shelling and machine gun fire. A lot of old Marines are alive today thanks to Eddie's bravery.
Do not cry as your loved ones pass,
God has promised it will not last,
The time is coming with all things new,
And your loved ones brought back to you,
Revelation 21: verses three and four,
States that death and sorrow will be no more,
Remember Jesus said his friend was asleep,
We will be called back to be his sheep,
Yes it hurts to lose someone,
But soon every bad thing will be undone,
Trust in Jehovah with all your heart,
He’s been with us from the start,
So as we go on in this old life,
Remember he will rid us of this pain and strife,
Take his hand and see his power,
When he brings his judgment hour,
Those in the memorials tombs will come out,
We will all be happy and able to shout,
Look what God has went and done,
He's brought back Mothers, Fathers, Daughters and Sons.

To Eddie Albert,
I really thought you were a talented actor. Watching you on the sitcom Green Acres was great. You made me laugh. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. God Bless. Lisa Weiner
I grew up watching Green Acres. Just a real nice family show.
To the Albert Family, please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. May you treasure your memories as they become more precious in weeks and months to come. I hope that you fine some comfort from the words at Psams 147:3- He is healing the broken hearted ones; and binding up their painful spots.
Your family will continue to be in my prayers.
Eddie Albert stands out as an actor and humanitarian that affected my look on life. His warm caring heart was evident in everything he did and he is well remembered.
May the Lord bless Eddie Alberts family and know you are cared about.
In reading the entries of Eddie Albert, I am surprised to learn of his military service and courage. That alone should have been applauded, even now.
May he rest in peace, and his families have only blessed and loving memories to help them through these years.
Oliver Wendel Douglas and Green Acres. When I attended law school I finally understood the inside joke when I took Property class. For hypothetical pieces of land they would call them Red Acre, Blue Acre and GREEN Acres! IT finally all made sense with his name! Awesome varied parts like the excellent man and actor he was in such a long career. My love to his family.
The obit should have mentioned his distinguished military record and his heroic service in the Pacific Theater during World War Two when he risked his life to save others under intense Japanese fire. Mr. albert was a real hero but like so many others of his generation, he rarely spoke of it.
To the family of Eddie Albert. I am sorry for your loss. I would like to offer some words of comfort. In the Bible at Isaiah 33 verse 24 there it says no resident will say "I am sick." please read this verse.
"Green Acres" is one of my favorite shows yesteryear and today.
God bless to all of his family. Take care. I am very sorry for your loss.
My love and sympathy to the family a gentleman that showed kindness to us all. I shared many lunches with Mr Arnold as a total stranger yet he made you feel he had known you for a lifetime. What a wonderful legacy.
Sorry for the loss of a Great actor,Father, environmentalist, and I'm sure.....Friend. Thank you Eddie Albert for all the wonderful shows and movies you entertained us with....we will miss you Greatly. your work is done...rest in peace My friend.
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and for your brave actions at Tarawa where as an officer in charge of a landing craft, you helped save the lives of wounded Marines. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
did not know this actor had passed on. sorry to hear this. loved him in green acres. god bless his family. he will be missed.
I really loved his show on Green Acres
Sorry, I hit the wrong key so this is part 2

v.I.P's in all but our exshange with
Eddie Albert is the funniest.
With Eddie Albert gone, it is like tearing out a page of our life.
In the late summer of 1949, my wife and I were in N.Y.C., It was Nita's first trip to the big city and I made it a point that she would see some celebrities.
We were walking down 5th Avenue, she began pulling my arm and pointing at an approaching fiqure
repeating about 3 times,"he is somebody" We saw him in "Brother Rat" but could not remember his name. He had a big laugh about it all as he passed us, he went into a drug store about the time that his name came to us.
To get another look at him, we went back to the drug store entrance to have another look at a live movie star. As we glanced in, he was sitting on the third stool, leaning backward, knowing that we would take another look. As he did,he, again had a big laugh
You were much beloved Mr. Albert, Rest in Peace.
MRS E MILLLER
I LOVED HIS SHOW
I was unable to send you a message on your birthday (April 22).
Thank you for always being hospitable when I'd go visit you. You always welcomed me into your home. Nache always made the best salad and was an excellent cook. I'm glad you allowed me to share with you the Word of God during our visits. Also, I appreciate when you came to visit me here in Delano in Nov. 1998. That really made an impression upon myself as well as fellow citizens here in our city.
Most importantly, I recall when I prayed with you to ask Jesus into your heart. You made Him Lord of your life. This was in 1998. Now you're in the arms of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ!
Eddie Albert 1906-2005 beloved actor and man rest in peace.
Prior to going to Vietnam as a US Marine Corpsman in 1966, I was a house guest of Mr. & Mrs Don Belding of Alta Mura Drive, Pacific Palisades. Mr. Albert gave me a ride from the boulevard to their home. He was humble and kind. He gave me words of encouragement and wished me well. He didn't tell me who he was, but he didn't have to. This modest caring man will not be forgotten.
Mr. Albert was truly one of Americas favorites. Possessing talents above and beyond the majority of hollywood stars. Diversified, compelling and loveable in any project he tackled. Goodbye EAddie. You are sorely missed!!
The pastures above will definately be 'greener' now. My condolences to his family.
Eddie you were my first heart throb! Will always remember you on T.V in the 50's. Thank you for sharing your wonderfull talent, and hansom looks, with us. Didn't know of your conservation work , but do now, so there is another great gift from you Thanks Eddie.
My sympathy and prayers to Eddies family. God Bless RIP Love Carol X
We have lost one of Hollywood's best, but Heaven is all the richer for it. I grew up watching Green Acres and it was a wonderful series - one of the very few my mother allowed us to watch. Eddie will be missed not only for his talents on the tube, but for all the wonderful humanitarian efforts he championed.
With Deepest Sympathy to Edward, Maria and their families,
Greetings from Canada. RIP, Eddie. I loved your work on Green Acres and Oklahoma!
Eddie love watching you in green acres & movie you'll be missed!
What a wonderful human being Eddie was. I had the privilege of meeting him in Chicago when I was a young teen ager. He was appearing in a radio presentation on the USSteel Hour. My mother, Edris Heimberger, was Eddie's first cousin.
He will be missed by so many. Our condolences to all his family.
Not a time to mourn, but rather to celebrate a long and productive life. I grew up with "Green Acres" and still laugh when I catch an episode on TVLand now and again. Only after his death did I read up on his environmentalist efforts and his courageous service during WWII. To a life well-lived!!
I would like to let Mr. Albert's family know how much I enjoyed his work. Roman Holiday, The Longest Day, Switch, and of course, Green Acres. I, unfortunately, never had the privilege of seeing Mr. Albert on the stage. We have lost one of the great ones.
I have Green acres on DVD. The show was insane! The humor was quite a trip! I loved both Eddie and Eva. They were naturals. What style and grace they had. He was fantastic!
TO MR. ALBERT'S FAMILY.
MY HUSBAND AND I STILL WATCH GREEN ACRES TO THIS DAY ON TVLAND. I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT MAN COULD PLAY MR. DOUGLAS. HE HAD TO BE SPECIAL TO PLAY THE PART HE DID.
MAY GOD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HANDS THRU THIS DIFFICULT TIME.
so long mr. albert i grew up watching green acres reruns on tv. now its on dvd now.
GREEEEEN ACRES IS THE PLACE TO BE!!.....LOVED IT! LOVED IT! STILL WATCH IT! KUDOS TO MR. EDDIE ALBERT FOR SHOWING US THROUGH SHEER TALENT AND COMEDY THAT YOU CAN MOVE TO A "STRANGE" TOWN AND STILL "HAVE CLASS!" ESPECIALLY IN DEALING WITH A NAIVE WIFE THAT CAN'T COOK, A STUPID FARM HAND, (EB), THE LOCAL SCAM MAN, (MR. HANEY) AND A PIG (ARNOLD ZIFFLE) THAT SHOWS UP AT ANYTIME ALWAYS MAKING HIMSELF AT HOME....CLASSIC COMEDY!

My thoughts and Prayers go out to his family and friends. I use to watch him on Green Acres all the time and still watch him on reruns. He is such a funny man and a great actor. He will be missed dearly in the Acting World. May he live on in the lifes of everyone.
I remember when we first met back in 1977 on the beach running back&forth getting my 3-5 miles in for the day. You always ran the opposite direction and when we passed you would slap hands and say "keep going, you're almost there"... You always worked out and did your warm ups in front of the lifegaurd stand in front of my home. You always took your exercise serious and you kept yourself in good shape. I never forgot those days and the inspiration you gave me to keep going. I want to thank you. I thank God for giving you to us to also enjoy many years of acting on the screen. My Family still enjoys the re-runs. May God keep you in his Loving arms until we meet again. My Deepest Sympathy to your Family.
You must be so glad God allowed you to have him in your life as long as he did - My family's sympathies are with you.
I'm greatly saddend at his passing I dearly loved this funny and good hearted man that shared his talent with the world. As a child I watched Green Acres faithfully. When I grewup and fell in love with the man I'm married too, I remembered Green Acres all over again for a diffrent reason. My husband was from Green Acres, Washington and my beloved father-in-laws name was Arnold. So in many ways this man became very dear to my heart and I will greatly miss him.
God Bless the Family of Eddie
To Mr. Alberts Family...Thank you so much for letting America be apart of your life. We all loved him...especially on any of the shows he was on, he could play the part. I especially loved him on Green Acres. Poor thing he couldn't grow grass out of the trunk of a car filled with manure...But I loved his character. I know he is enjoying all of his friends, family and his acting partners that passed before him that played on Green Acres.... God love you all and thanks for sharing a remarkable man with America.
MAY EDDIES TALENTS ARISE W/HIM IN THE DAY OF THE RESSURECTION JOHN 5/29
MAY WE BE THERE TO GREET HIM IN THE NEW WORLD!!!!!!!!!!
THANX FOR ALL OF THE GOOD HUMOR!!!

We have lost another GREAT talent. May Mr. Albert rest in peace and my condolences to his family.
I will truly miss Mr Eddie Albert. I enjoyed watching his show Green Acres. I will forever remember his sense of humor.
To the family I wish to send my prayers and sympathy. I'm sure you must have the most wonderful memories of the man behind the actor. So many of us wish we could've known that man also. However I am so grateful for getting to know the wonderful, funny, and gentle man that I spent my life watching on the television screen. I now have an 11 year old son that has discovered "Green Acres" and now we watch and enjoy together. So I thank you now Eddie for all the joy that you have brought to so many lives throughout your's....Love You!!
My condolences to the family members of a man who gave us some great memories.
I truly loved his work, and he will be missed by all. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He now walks with God.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Eddie Albert. I'm sure he will be missed by everyone that was touched by his humor, and elegance. I always thought he was a "classy" guy!.
He will be missed. Though his most famous work (Green Acres) was mostly before my time. I still enjoy the good natured comedy of that show. From what I can gather of his life, he was a truly lovely man who cared for his fellow man.
Eddie Albert was a true legend, he will be missed.
"When I must Leave You"
When I must leave you for a little while, please do not grieve and shed wild tears and hug your sorrow to you through the years.
But start out bravely with a gallant smile, and for my sake and in my name live on and do all things the same.
Feed not your loneliness on empty days, but fill each waking hour in useful ways, reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer and I in turn will comfort you and hold you near, and never , never be afraid to die, for I am waiting for you in the sky!

For his grace, talent, imagination, dignity, humor, and spirit, he shall be remembered. For his love of mother earth and the respect he had for all her inhabitants and their cultures, he will be loved.
To the family and Friends of Eddie Albert my sincere sympathy. I pray that God will comfort you and lead you during this time and always.
I grew up enjoying Green Acres, now my 8 year old gets up early before school to watch what I did many years ago.
Eddie Albert combined tongue-in-cheek comedy with a high level of intelligence. His delivery was fabulous, and his face was a "study" of innuendos. He will be sorely missed by his fans and followers. My deepest condolences to the Albert family.
"When Love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness. Instead, keep your head up high and gaze into Heaven; for that is where your broken heart has been sent to heal." May flights of angels sing him to his rest.
Our sincere condolences for your loss. Mr. Albert gave so much thru his gift for entertainment, his concerns and support for the overall improvement of health and environment. May he now enjoy the fruits of his labors and rest in peace. God Bless you.
I was enjoyed watched him in tv and he was a great man. I didn't forget him while he was played on Green Acres.I m sorry about your loss

At times like this when we don’t know what to do
Just talk to God and he will see you through
When words sometimes just won’t do and you don’t know what to say
Just talk to God and let him have his way
When friends and family come and go
Just remember that God has an open door
At times like this when words alone won’t do
May God bless and comfort you

I was just 10 years old when Green Acres came on TV. It was on past my bedtime but I used to get up and sneak into the hallway to watch it. Whenever I heard someone get up from the sofa, I'd have to duck back into my bedroom.
Lately, I've become an old movie lover and consider Eddie Albert's performance in "The Tea House on the August Moon" and "Roman

I was sad to hear of Eddie Albert's death. He was such a wonderful actor. My father passed away in 1977 at the young age of 69. My father had told me earlier on that he and Eddie Albert had attended Central High School together. My father never graduated, since being the oldest of 10 children, he had to quit school to help with the finances of the family. Small world, isn't it? My father would also have been 99 years of age.
“A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.--Erin Majors” Mr. Albert lit the candle of life for so many—keep his legacy. Our prayers and deepest sympathy to the Albert family.
With Deepest Sympathy to the family and friends. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace Eddie.

Goodbye, dear Eddie. I always liked your wry smile and sense of joy that came thru on the screen. And in Roman Holidiay, you drove the same little Fiat Topolino ("Mickey Mouse") car that I had for
several years in Europe. Seemed a special bond, somehow. Rest In Peace.

Edward Albert Heimberger
Oliver Douglas – Green Acres
Warden Hazen – The Longest Yard
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Eddie Albert was a circus trapeze flier before becoming a stage and radio actor. He made his film debut in 1938 and has worked steadily since, often cast as the friendly, good-natured buddy of the hero but occasionally being cast as a villain; one of his most memorable roles was as the cowardly, glory-seeking company commander in Robert Aldrich's World War 2 film, Attack (1956).
Eddie Albert's television career is the earliest of any other performer. It began years before electronic television was introduced to the public. In June of 1936 Eddie appeared in RCA/NBC's first private live performance for their radio licensees in New York City. This was very early experimental all electronic television system. Due to the primitive nature of these early cameras it was necessary for him to apply heavy make-up and endure tremendous heat from studio lighting. The basic makeup was green toned with purple lipstick for optimal image transmission by RCA's iconoscope pick up cameras. Since television was experimental Eddie applied his own make-up and even wrote the script for this performance. His co-star was Grace Brandt.
He served in the United States Navy during WWII, Was an active participant in the battle of Tarawa (Nov. 1943), one of the bloodiest battles of World War II, and U.S. Marines Corps history. Is credited with braving enemy fire during 26 rescue missions saving wounded Marines. Has spoken about it in television documentaries.
Because of his his early work with environmental causes and groups, when International Earth Day was created, it was decided it must be held on April 22 because that is his birthday.
Was awarded the Bronze Star with a combat 'V' for rescuing 70 Marines during the battle of Tarawa in 1943.
God Bless You!
My deepest condolences to the Albert family.
When the good 'ole United States of America was going through the turbulent and violent 1960's, we had Eddie Albert on Green Acres showing us how to laugh again. It was good, wholesome, slap-stick, vaudeville-type comedy, not the foul kind that we've seen since the 1990's.
I'm thankful that Green Acres has now been released on CDs so that my children can actually view some good television comedy.
I wish to offer my deepest
heartfelt sympathy on the loss
of such a wonderful actor/man
on Green Acres. His personality
and love of show business will
live on in my life always. He
captured sooooooo many hearts on the T.V. program. "Eddie Albert"
will surely be missed but never
May His Legacy Carry On Forever.
Rest In Eternal Peace...Amen.
Ms Darlene Marie Ensminger
What a sweet, loveable man. I always enjoyed watching him on TV, in both "Green Acres" and "Switch." 99 years- what a long, full life. It's a blessing and a gift. My deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones.
Mr. Albert was a great actor. Green Acres is one of my favorite rerun shows.
May God bless his family, friends and fans.
Our deepest and most sincere regrets for the loss of Eddie. He was a great comedic actor as well as a serious one. I enjoyed him thoroughly and enjoyed Edward just as much.
To a class act, a gentleman and one who gave much laughter to so many. Thanks and RIP
this guy was the best actor i ever seen i hope his family is alright in their time of need
What a great actor, Eddie Albert brought great laughter into my life as he portrayed Oliver Wendall Douglas on Green Acres. You will continue to smile from the eternal Green Acres..Thank you for your Laughter and humor, you will be greatly missed by all.
Truly our earthly loss and heaven's gain....
To the Albert Family,
As you can image your mom and dad have always had a special place in my heart. As a child growing up with an unusual name for the time, I was born in 1947, it was a great pleasure to have the same name as a Hollywood actress and as a fan of the classic movies I always enjoyed the performances of Eddie, especially his movie with Frank Sinatra. I know that your father is at peace and is once again reunited with his love.
HOW BLESSED WE WERE TO HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF WITNESSING HIS TALENTS. KNOW THAT OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE EXTENDED NOT TO JUST HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS FOR THEIR LOSS, BUT THE REST OF THE WORLD WHO ADMIRED HIM SO MUCH.
thanks for many years of greatenjoyment, god bless you and your family.my family enjoyed you so much.rest in peace
Thank You for all the entertainment you have been providing us the years you were in the industry. May you serve the Creator the same, you will be sadly miss.
Oliver & Lisa Douglas were the perfect couple. They loved each other so much, and only wanted to maked each other happy. From what I have read, Mr. Albert had the same heart in real life. My husband, Fred, and I moved to the country when we were married 5 years ago. He was always building something or gardening, and when he was on our tractor, I would sing "Green Acres" to him. He died April 5, 2005, in a boating accident. I hope Mr. Albert and Fred are buddies now.
God Bless You!!!

To Eddie's family,
I am sorry to hear of his passing. He was hilarious on Green Acres.
May God be with you during this difficult time.
With Sincere Sympathy,
Eddie Albert will be sorely missed on earth. I feel certain, however, that Heaven cheered upon his arrival there. He will be enjoying the company, I am again, certain, of numerous great performers who have gone before him, including his old friend Gregory Peck from the streets of "Roman Holiday". Both 'gentlemen actors' showed such great character in the roles they selected to portray.
May God Rest their Souls.
Also, may God grant comfort to Mr. Albert's complete family....Especially,PEACE and GRATITUDE for a father who passed down his remarkable talent to Eddie Albert, Jr., a fine young Actor.

Losing him is like losing a dear friend. I pray that your loving memories of your dad will comfort you during this difficult time. I hope it helps to know that we loved him, too. Eddie Albert - Epitimized the class of old Hollywood. His generation built the business that the whole world loved and desired.
HIs message was consistant normal with humor that ligthened the souls often heavy laod.
His films and tv work always had the wholesomness which hightened our consciences and touched our very hearts with the grace of God.
That Rightousness, justice and most importantly love of God, Country and neighbors always matter and ulimitely wins. Like gravity you can't excape it.
(Eddie's class and His era, figured it out! the current bunch is riding on their fumes).
