Happy Birthday Cowboy! Love You!
Lucille, I am so sorry about the loss of your husband and hero. George Carter was a great man in our community...and we know that behind every great man is a good woman. I wish you healing and love.
May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
It's been one very, very long, painful and difficult year since you've been gone. Not one moment has passed that I don't think of you and the wonderful life we shared together. Aaron asked if you were still in the hospital. Couldn't break his little heart with the truth. Just told him that we would all be together again some day. This I do believe! Until then, keep them spurs jingling, and rest in peace knowing that you have my Everlasting Love! Forever in my Heart!
WITH THE HOLIDAYS COMING, THERE IS A HUGE VOID!!! I DONT EVEN WANT TO DECORATE FOR CHRISTMAS KNOWING YOU WONT BE PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT BUT IM GOING TO BECAUSE I KNOW YOU WILL BE HERE. THE FAMILY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT YOU. I LOVE YOU MORE THAN WORDS CAN EVER EXPRESS. THANKS FOR BEING A WONDERFUL DADDY!!!
Nekeisha, you came across my spirit today and I decided to search for you, not knowing that it would lead me to this. My heart aches for you, Toodles, DeWee, Naheelah,Lucille, and the rest of your family. Even though we haven't communicated in a few years, please know that I cherish all of our good times. It's difficult to say the right words to comfort at a time like this, but you all were always a tight knit family and I'm sure your strength and love for one another will carry you through. My condolences to you all.
It was a blessing to have you and your wonderful husband George in my life. Both of you were always encouraging for me and I will always have love in my heart for the both of you. One day I will get to the stage of graduation. Love and miss you George and I am so thankful for the love you gave to your wife Lucille. You two were the perfect couple for so many years. To My "Cowboy", This is our month! For the first time in 20 years you were'nt here for my Birthday. I cut a piece of cake for you anyway, as I will every year in remembrance of the many Birthday's we shared, and our wonderful life together. In a few days, I'll sing Happy Birthday to you for you 71st. I miss you desperately, and Love You more with each passing day.
I miss you so much!! My life will never be the same without you. I love you now, tomorrow, and always. Never thought I would have to go on without you at this point. Thinking of you always.
My heart is heavy with sadness today because I learned that my very special Dear Friend and lovingly a Father figure to me. Had passed on and I did not know! I will miss you and love you always! To his family my love and condolences.
I don't know if you remember me, but I met you when I worked at Boyce with your Dad. I taught English there part time until I moved to Tucson.
I sent an email to a friend at Boyce today and told him to say hi to George. He wrote back and said that George passed away.
I always liked George so much. He had a great spirit and a deep strength that was honest and true.
I still have a book that I borrowed from him. George had so many books!
I think your Dad must have spent his whole life preparing to go to heaven, because only an angel could treat others with such kindness. You could not meet George without instantly liking him, and once you became friends, you knew you had a friend for life.
If you want, you can write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

My most heartfelt condolences to the Carter Family. Mr. Carter advised three generations of my family and changed the course of all of our lives for the better...he was an amazing educator a true magician with the power to change people's lives...Thank you so much for all you have given to us and for just being you...we will miss you sorely..
To the family of Mr. Carter,
Your father was a very special man and remains so...I thank him for all the love he has given to so many young people in search of direction and guidance...especially my son.
Dear Mr. Carter,
I will miss you. When I came to CCAC over a decade ago I had little hope for my future. It was people like you who made me believe in my myself and gave me the strength to keep going when obstacles seemed insurmountable. It is because of you that so many students have gone on to successful careers and in turn have given back to our community.
Thank you for all you have done, I will miss you and keep your family in my prayers.
Megan McCormick (CCAC)
