And no resident will say: “I am sick…”Isa 33:24. We can be sure of this reality because God has promised as seen from his divine words about the near future; perhaps you or I may see those missing from our lives due to sickness or injury that lead to death. Prayers go out to the surviving family and friends.

I never met Ian but I sure enjoyed his entertainment abilities. Death steals from everyone the continued efforts and joys of our friends. Thankfully we have promises of a happier future. God said he would follow through on his promise of a paradise earth - soon. Genesis 1:28; Isa 55:11.

I can't wait for the day when nobody will die because of some sort of illness. That will be a day when everyone will live together without fear that when they turn a certain age they would have some kind of illness they'd have to face. There would be no such thing as living life to the full because everyone who is righteous in Gods eyes will have the fulfillment of living forever. A thought that has brought me much comfort and joy is (Isaiah33:24)"no resident will say I'm sick." this is something i look forward to.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ian on several occasions many years ago when visiting my Uncle Bill, William Beckley, a retired a actor who was a good friend of Ian's from the time they came to the United States until Ian's passing. Ian was a truly kind man and a pleasure to be around. All members of my family who knew Ian were very saddened to hear of his passing.
